Waterfront holiday rentals in Marion

We had a great weekend at this place. The place is small, but has everything you need. The porch and large deck are perfect for enjoying the weather and the view of the Canal. It was a great location for exploring lots of places on the Cape, without having to deal with traffic! We loved biking and walking on the trail alongside the Canal. The kitchen was complete with everything you need for cooking (just bring your own food!).

We spent our anniversary at Leslie’s place and it was a beautiful! The views and location was like no other and we would book again! Leslie was very responsive and even left us some dinner when we came in late from the ferry. The restaurant staff were friendly and it was everything described in the listing. We didn’t want to leave!

There is one word to describe Nichole's condo - DELIGHTFUL! We were in Newport for a family wedding with an infant. We loved that we were so close to the venue on the wharf but out of the crowded streets of downtown Newport. Nichole effectively communicated that there was work being done on the balcony well in advance of our arrival and allowed us a very flexible check-in time which was so helpful traveling with a 7 month old baby. Due to inclement weather, workman came the day after our arrival. Nichole immediately communicated this to us and offered to drop off a bottle of wine. It didn't really impact our stay as we were out and about with different wedding activities. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Air BnB!

Mark's place was exactly how it appeared in photos. Great, walkable location. Easy to get to restaurants on Main St. There's a place to rent bikes just across the street. The stay was comfortable, quiet, and exceeded expectations. Thank you again, Mark!

We had a great MDW at Paul’s apartment. It was in a perfect location — walkable to Thames St. but also in a quiet area near King Park with beautiful water views and a great playground for our little one. Ideal location to start 10 mile drive and easy access to the Breakers and other mansions. The apartment is clean and neat and the fireplace was cozy for cooler temperatures at night. Of note, there are only sheer curtains on the windows and apartment gets very bright when the sun rises early. Paul has sleep masks in the closet and you may very well need them if you don’t want to wake up at sunrise!

Place was great, very clean and perfect location. Would stay here 10/10 times.

The apartment is very comfortable. The pictures are accurate. Beds comfortable. Plenty of very nice bath linens. I loved the types and amount of lighting in every room. Wonderful water pressure in the shower. The kitchen is very functional . I loved cooking on the beautiful big stove. We really appreciated having both a Keurig and a coffee maker. The one thing I would caution about is the stairs. They are as pictured. We had no problem with them, but people with knee issues might. I will certainly look for this property again when in the area.

We had a wonderful time !!! Dave and Diana are great hosts everything was better than expected. They let us know that the apartment was ready for an early check in ( we really appreciated that) Such a comfortable home with a beautiful view!!!! The home is stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was so easy living there we didn't want to leave. We were in the area to visit our grandchildren and having them over to the lake was perfect!!! God blessed us with beautiful weather and the house was stocked with beach towels, bug spray , sunscreen and snacks. Kudos Diana for thinking of everything👍 The grandchildren give the place a 5 star review and are calling it " our lake house" We only wish 😃 Thank you for sharing this wonderful place we hope to return again.

It was such an interesting experience to stay in this antique home! I’ve never stayed in a place so old before, and it has a lot of character. Stephenie communicated very proactively before and during our stay. Checking in and out was a breeze. The location of the home on the pond was very peaceful. My husband and daughter had fun boating around on the boat that’s available to guests. We had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the house was very clean.

Serene and charming riverfront hideaway. In a residential neighborhood but very quiet. You are 5-10 minutes from great restaurants, shopping, Dennis Beach but it all feels very secluded. We went kayaking every day from the private dock, saw swans, sea lions, and hawks. The space is clean, boho-chic, very comfortable beds, easy to use gas fireplaces. Primary bedroom sitting area/sunroom is dreamy for reading. Kitchen has everything you need. We thought we might miss an ocean/bay view but we didn't at all. Very reasonably priced for the quality. Meg replied to all messages within minutes. We would absolutely come back. Great for a couple or small family.

The place was incredible. It was beautifully kept and clean down to the sheets and towels. The view is unbelievable of the water right across the road. There is a beautiful park right next to the house if you have little ones that need to run. The kitchen was pristine, with wonderful appliances. The bedroom on the first floor was perfect for my mother-in-law, who can't walk up the steps. She had her own bathroom with a shower to herself. The rest of the bedrooms were upstairs. The beds were so comfortable, you didn't want to get up. She has provided so many extras, like shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and creamer. We honestly didn't have to go out to get any supplies. It was pouring when we arrived, and having the ability to open the garage and unload was extremely appreciated. I can't say anything bad about the place, I guarantee you will love it. We stayed in your lovely cabin by the lake for three days at the end of May 2025. My family and I have been renting homes through Airbnb for the past ten years whenever we travel. Based on our previous experiences, the cabins we rented in Switzerland were, in our opinion, the best in terms of cleanliness, providing everything a family might need, and clear instructions. However, I must admit that this place surpassed all of that and deserves to be considered the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. Everything was available—even the smallest details—so thank you from the bottom of our hearts 🙏🏻

We loved our stay here!! The pond is so pretty and peaceful, and the house had a lot of nice personal touches that show how much the hosts care. Aruna was extremely responsive when I had questions. We’d love to stay here again!

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

My friends and I wanted to plan a short, relaxing coastal trip this spring. This air Bnb alone completely added to the experience. It felt super homey, was very clean, and had plenty of things to do within (games, books, tv, hammock, etc.). The surrounding area was beautiful. Lots of sight seeing in the neighborhood and surrounding town, perfect for an early morning walk. It was also super quiet, which is a bonus We all agreed that we would go back if we were to return to Massachusetts. Would highly recommend

Rob was a great host ! He responded within a timely manner and the place was very clean and felt just like home. I would suggest bringing board games and such for the rainy days. For the folks who enjoy cooking the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. I would also recommend renting bikes or taking an Uber if you don't like walking. The walk to town was about 25 minutes. Overall great stay would love you stay her again it gives you the peace and quiet while also being close enough to everything and a beautiful view of the ocean.

Kevin's place is perfectly located in Angels Landing across from the library. It’s a quiet, safe location at night. The proximity to abundant dining and shopping options made exploring Provincetown incredibly convenient. The home was well-stocked with coffee and sweetener, which we appreciated each morning. The peaceful setting allowed for great rest after busy days exploring the town. Kevin was a thoughtful host and we'd definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Brian’s place! Check in and check out was very easy and straightforward from Brian’s directions. The place was so clean and incredibly comfortable! We had everything we needed there and loved the location. It was so easy to walk to all of the restaurants and shops! We had a great stay and would love to stay again sometime!

Great place. All the good reviews are accurate. 3 minor issues that can be fixed quickly: 1. Parking is not on site and you have to park a couple of blocks away. That should be pointed out in the description, maybe it was and I didn’t see it 2. When you first walk in, the apartment is stuffy, but it’s fine once you air it out. I think it’s the couch or couch covers 3. No detergent for the washer, so bring your own. It’s the first time I stayed at an Airbnb that didn’t provide it Everything else was great, thanks for having us!

We loved staying at Anil’s place!! The view of the ocean was incredible. It was so peaceful. It was a sweet loft apartment, just the right size for my husband and I. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals. We come to Provincetown once a year and this is our favorite accommodation yet! It’s a perfect, quiet location that is also within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants!

Great place to stay! Excellent location and walking distance to everything we were looking for. Place was comfortable and as advertised. Comfortably accommodated five adults. Scott responded quickly to all communication and provided accurate and thorough instructions. Highly recommend and will stay again if in the area!
