Family-friendly holiday rentals in Marion Oaks

The house was cleanly, had some nice touches like games, movies and things for kids. The swim spa was amazing and we also enjoyed the bikes and kayakes during our stay. Terry was a great host!!!

Good location with lots of restaurants in the area. The building feels dated but the apartment is clean and good value. We cooked a couple meals and the kitchen was adequate. The host communicated throughout our stay and friendly. There was adequate parking. We did not check out the amenities.

We had a wonderful stay while visiting my mom in Clermont. This home is spacious and spotless with an absolutely dreamy enclosed porch that's perfect for relaxing and reading. The home's courtyard is full of beautiful florals and greenery, it felt like coming home to a garden paradise! Katelynn was a responsive and thoughtful host; the house was meticulously organized and prepared so guests would have everything they could possibly need, including a cooler and beach tote for outings. So thoughtful! Thank you for everything, Katelynn, we hope to return soon!

My husband and I stayed at Matt's Place and it didn't disappoint. It is exactly what he described in the details. We had our morning coffee on the pier to watch the beautiful sunrise and listen to nature waking up. Enjoyed some jacuzzi time and some BBQ. The Hammocks are a nice touch. Somehow I was under the impression it had a king or queens size bed, but the house is establish with 2 bunkbeds, which was perfectly fine and different. The location is sure "Nature pure" your are close to grocery stores and restaurants but when on the property it feels you are far away from everything. Kitchen was organized and equipped enough. We forgot charcoal but went to the local Publix to grab a bag...it was a very nice experience. Unique with the amenities Matt Offers...It was a warm welcome and easy access. We visited for 3 nights. The RV had what we needed and was clean. The golf cart was a bonus making it easy to run down to the pool or over to the store.

Robyn was an absolutely amazing host. She really made as feel at home. She helped with local recommendations. The house is really nice with gorgeous views in a beautiful neighborhood.

The treehouse bungalow is located rught on a canal. Three kayaks go along with the rental. Boat tours/ rentals are right on site along with a local artist/ ceramic shop and Two Pops sandwich shop. The setting was peaceful and beautiful. My grandsons fished all day. We had a very relaxing stay. We kayaked the canal and fished one day, than enjoyed a swim with the manatees adventure, the next day.

We loved our stay. Beautiful place, very quiet and private. Clear instructions, easy check-in, place was very clean and comfortable. Right down the road from Yellow Dog Eats which was fantastic. Thank you Noga!

We loved our stay! First time in the area and we hope to visit again! Marni’s place was super clean and very comfortable. The bed was awesome! We slept great. We enjoyed kayaking and visiting all the cool restaurants in Homosassa. It was a great vacay for my husband and myself.

My husband and I had a great 3 night stay. We wanted something away from the main city and we got it! The cottage had everything we needed and the host was very responsive when we had questions. Their dog was the absolute sweetest and we were greeted by the cat as soon as we arrived. We pulled fresh eggs from the chicken coop and had a lovely fire the last night. We left feeling rejuvenated!

We loved the location and being on the horse farm! The apartment was clean, communication was great and if you’re going to a wedding at Andalusian Oaks, it’s very close by.

It was our first trip to Florida for a month. The place was everything it said and more. From the beautiful home, beautiful backyard with pool, hot tub and soaker tub I felt like I was at a spa. The backyard was so private. We had bikes to use and we did take advantage. We rode our bikes to the main square several times. Jennifer was very pleasant and friendly. She responded to my questions/ comments in a very efficient manner. I would recommend the place. Give a 5 star+++

Gorgeous property, my friends and I loved it. They have automatic lights outside that help you find it easily at night and the outdoor cameras are an additonal sense of safety. We were all very impressed with the extras, greeted with a welcome package and plenty of stuff in the kitchen/bedrooms/lanai to make it a home. The beds and sofas are incredibly comforable as well as clean. It was amazing to be able to adjust the temp to our liking being new englanders, definitely our oasis in the summer heat. This place is worth a stay and we will certainly be back!

Really excellent place this. Has everything you need and probably more. Good bikes, Golf Cart, extensively equipped kitchen. Also great value for money. Will definitely return but likely yo be booked up. You need to move fast

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Tradewinds Homosassa on the river during the July 4th weekend! This place exceeded all my expectations in every way. The location is breathtaking, with stunning river views that provided a serene and relaxing backdrop for our holiday. One of the standout features was the docking availability. It was incredibly convenient to have our watercraft right there, ready for spontaneous trips on the water. The friendly people we encountered made the experience even more enjoyable, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the place. The accommodation itself was perfect for our needs. It was spacious enough to comfortably host our family and friends for dinner. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary amenities, and the grill was a great addition for our outdoor cooking sessions. We had everything we needed to prepare delicious meals and enjoy them together in this picturesque setting. I highly recommend Tradewinds Homosassa.

this family is beyond accommodating. I don't typically do airbnbs with the in home post this was the first for me. They are very accommodating and welcoming. They made me feel right at home and like part of the family. Their home is clean and very well decorated. If I am ever in the area again I would stay there without hesitation. They do have dogs which for me was great. But if you are uncomfortable with them I am sure they would make sure that you do not have to interact with them. But for me the dogs made it feel more like home. I cannot say enough nice things about this family and how accommodating and friendly they are. If you're unsure about staying with an in home host I would urge you to stay with this family. You won't regret it. Just like their ad says you will be staying with friends you just haven't met yet. Cannot recommend this location enough.
