Quercus: Apartment with terrace

"Quercus" is a 19th century building, located in the historic center of Alberobello, within the magnificent setting of the trulli (typical local buildings and UNESCO heritage site). The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, each with a private and independent bathroom, and a kitchenette. One of the two rooms has a terrace from which to admire the trulli of the "rione monti" and "aia piccola". Quercus will make you savor the atmosphere and flavors of a one-of-a-kind land.

Located in the center and in the Sassi di Matera districts, this 1800s house retains the original structure of the building but is equipped with all modern amenities and air conditioning. It is full of light and offers a fantastic view of the Sassi, which can be enjoyed from the characteristic balcony where you can dine or have breakfast. Free and paid street parking is available within a few minutes' walk, and paid guarded parking for the whole day costs from €10 to €25.

This building was first used a cannon house and throughout the following years served as a warehouse, a coal pit and an atelier of a renowned local painter.
