Monthly Rentals in Maritime Quarter

Lovely apartment located ideally in walking distance from the main City Centre. All as described and Angela was very communicative. Great little spot for a one night stay for our anniversary as we were going to the Grand Theatre. Would use again if need somewhere to stay again in Swansea for a show.

The room was great. Just as expected. We were grateful for the fan on the room because we arrived in the middle of a heat wave. It made the room pleasant enough to sleep and be comfortable.

we really enjoyed our stay at Jonathan's place. Really clean and comfortable, in a fairly quiet location but very close to lots of amenities. Nice restaurants on our doorstep, the city centre a short walk away (5-10 minutes) and the beach a 5 minute walk away. Jonathan was a great host, providing information about the area and very friendly and responsive. We'd highly recommend a stay here. We were a family of four - two adults, and two young kids (6 & 9).
