The house, located just 10 meters from the sea with private access to the cliff, is equipped with all the most modern amenities (air conditioning, washing machine, TV, electric oven, hairdryer, garden with barbecue, solarium area, outdoor shower and a parking space. It accommodates up to 5 people.

You arrive in the beautiful Cala dell'Acquaviva along the steps and immediately you can dive into the beautiful and crystal clear sea and after a regenerating swim you will find a pitch just for you where you can sunbathe and thanks to the centuries-old trees enjoy their shade. The house also has a terrace with a breathtaking view. Porticelli is close to Castro and other beautiful villages.

The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house.
