Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Markovići

Amazing location with stunning panoramic views across the coast. Very private and secluded. Spacious living areas and a nice pool to cool off in. Loved it!

The villa was lovely, clean and tidy, ideal for what we needed. Pool was small but great for cooling down in the hot sun. Balconies for each room meant that everyone had a space to enjoy the sun privately. Linen was provided but there needed to be hooks or rails in the bathrooms to hang towels on. Altogether a great place to stay if you wanted to use it as a base to explore Montenegro, which is what we did. Thank you!

wunderschönes Haus, mit tollem Grundstück direkt am Eingang des nationalpark. Üppige Natur, schöne Spielgelegenheiten für die Kinder, guter Grill. rundum herrlich. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Vasilije war super zuvorkommend, hilfreich und höflich. Wir hätten gerne verlängert, hatten aber leider schon wo anders gebucht. Die Kinder wolten gar nicht weg. eine klare empfehlung!

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. We had an incredible stay at this cozy villa by the sea. Everything was perfect – from the breathtaking views to the peaceful surroundings. The garden was a dream, filled with mandarins and kiwi, which we enjoyed picking and tasting daily. The sweet scent of roses added to the charm and made our stay even more delightful. It was the ideal place to relax and feel connected to nature. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a beautiful and serene getaway!

Evin konumu çok güzel, old town a 7-10 dk falan yürüme mesafesidir, belki daha yakındır. Hatta old town dan daha yakın yemek ve kahve mekanı var, yakınında bir market var. Evde otopark var , Kotor trafiği ve park yeri problemi olan bir şehir, evi bulmak da çok kolaydı, tabelesı vardı. google mapsteki konum doğru. Ev tertemizdi, Alex ev ile ilgili şeyleri anlattı, o da yan binada yaşıyor, gidilecek yerlerle ilgili bilgi verdi, bizi son gün ücretsiz Tivat havalimanına da bıraktı ✨tekrar teşekkürler Alex

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was nice, clean, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was easily accessible, and the shaded parking was a huge plus. The host was amazing—very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning and made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely love to stay here again!

I cannot speak highly enough of Karen. He was the best host we have ever had the privilege of being welcomed by. Nothing was too much trouble. Karen was communicative from the outset, sharing a wealth of local information which was so helpful, he also helped us with restaurant bookings too. Karen went above and beyond, by taking us to the supermarket when we arrived so we'd have a stocked kitchen. Thank you so much! I would urge you to stay at Karen's beautiful apartment if you are considering a trip to Montenegro!

The apartment was excellent, very modern, clean and with an amazing balcony. The apartment has AC which made the stay very pleasant for the hot days of Montenegro. The apartment is walking distance from the beach and many supermarkets. Having parking available in a definitely a plus. The communication with the Anastasja was great. Everything was easy and would definitely go back.

The apartment was great. It was spacious, clean , beautifully furnished and had everything we needed and more : extra pillows, blankets, salt, sugar, oil, shampoo, detergent, etc. Views and location 10 out of 10. The host , Tina went above and beyond! She is a very helpful host and simply a great person! We are extremely happy with our stay. Thank you!

The host is truly amazing. If you’re planning to visit Montenegro, there’s no need to make a detailed plan—before you even enter the house, the host has already thought of everything and provides all the information via message. For us, he was more like a guide than just a host. We stayed with our family, and the house has everything you need—portable internet, a Netflix subscription, swimming equipment, and more. By the way, there’s no parking problem either.

What an amazing eleven night stay in Branko's Maritimo view apartment. Everything was as described in the listing and more. Surreal views across the bay and over the mountains, host of lovely restaurants within 15-20 mins walk.(our favourite being 'The Square Pub' in the Old Town). Beautiful places to visit made easier with a hire car (at reasonable prices). There is a lovely sandy beach (unusual for Montenegro), Plavi Horizonti, 15min drive away. Branko couldn't have been a more accommodating and friendly host, we didn't need anything but it was nice to know that he was on hand if we had. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone and would recommend a visit to Montenegro as it is a stunning country.

Parfait. Un peu loin de kotor à pied. Mais nous avions la voiture. Un peu tout terrain mais ensuite c’est parfait. L’appartement est top. Merci.

Güzel bir 2 gece geçirdik. Gayet ilgililerdi ve çok düzenliydi ev. Fakat evin fotoğraflarında deniz manzarası varken bizim kaldığımız odanın manzarası tamamen karşı otelin çamaşır bölümüne bakıyordu.

Harika bir 3 gün geçirdik ailem ile birlikte. Mükemmel konumda her yere yarım saatlik araba mesafesi hem de tam ortada bir konumda. Temiz bir evdi. Biz cok memnun kaldık. Ilıja bizimle son ana kadar ilgilendi. Herkese tavsiye ederim. :)

It was even nicer than the photos. Peaceful and relaxing town with amazing. Views. The hosts made everything super easy.

Ce séjour chez Nikola était super ! L’emplacement est idéal, à la fois proche de la mer et des villes côtières aux alentours. Nikola nous a conseillé de nombreuses adresses et nous le remercions. La maison est petite mais propre et fonctionnelle. Nous pouvions aussi utiliser la grande terrasse pour manger c’était très agréable et surtout très calme :) Il y a également un parking gratuit et des petits commerces aux alentours ainsi que plusieurs restaurants et bars. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et reviendrai avec plaisir :)

We had a great stay in this apartment. The views from the balcony are amazing. Google Maps gets you close to the address provided, but the critical piece for getting there was the instruction from Jovana which was provided as a series of short videos and text. The videos included the approach from the road, where to park and then how to walk up to the apartment. These were perfect. Not sure how else I would have known exactly where to go with the car without them so be sure to use them. The roads in Kotor can be a bit of a maze. You'll know when you get there. But I studied the videos combined with a bit of 'street view' the night before and they were spot on. Once there, everything around Kotor is so close. Overall, a fantastic experience—thank you!
