At the golf course, there is a restaurant with rights, as well as a court. Approximately 15 minutes' drive to central Sundsvall. There is another apartment next door, if you are, for example, a larger group who want to stay close to each other.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

The wigwam is 30m2 and has a 160x200 real bed with bedding and extra blankets. It is heated with a wood stove for fresh nights. You can cook on an outside firepit, we provide pans, and cutlery, and also wood, and water from our source. You have free access to the lake and the canoes, and free private sessions at the sauna. Endast ca 1km från Matfors centrum där det finns butiker, restauranger etc. Stora altaner och trädgård för relax. Det går också utmärkt att fiska direkt från bryggan (det krävs fiskelicens om man är över 15 år) Endast 12 km till nedre Ljungans fina älvfiske (Lax, Havsöring , Harr m.m)

Welcome to Bergsåker, which is 10 minutes by car to Sundsvall city center. The bus runs regularly and stops on the road to the city outside Mittuniverstetet. Here you live in a completely renovated courtyard house with kitchen, bathroom and a double bed. If you want to get to Birsta shopping center, it is only a straight distance of about 10 minutes by car, then you are there. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the rent. Free parking in the yard.
