We hebben genoten van de vakantie. Het was een hele fijne plek die aan onze verwachtingen heeft voldaan! We boften met het weer, want we waren veel buiten! De tuin is super fijn en alle voorzieningen zijn top! Het is zeker een aanrader! Zeker om nog een keer terug te komen!

Beautiful home with exquisite view across village and valley. Very clean and well appointed. Very peaceful. Easy driving to villages and towns of Champagne region. Delphine herself was very friendly, kept us supplied with fresh flowers and cherries from her garden and was very helpful at giving local recommendations. The welcome bottle of Champagne from her family vineyard was especially kind.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour entre amis dans cette magnifique propriété. La situation le long de la Marne est très agréable pour se promener et très paisible également. Le logement est très bien, avec beacuoup de charme et la litterie parfaite. Les instructions qui nous ont été fournies étaient très claires et Mathilde a toujours répondu rapidement à nos demandes. Bon à savoir, il y a des commerces (boulangerie et super marché) dans le village à 800m. Je recommande cet endroit.

Nous avons passé un super séjour entre amis. Laurence et sa famille ont été accueillants et disponibles pour assurer un séjour de qualité. Le lieu se prête parfaitement à la petite retraite au calme que nous recherchions. Je recommande, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Mention spéciale pour les pizzas maison proposées par son fils. On a adoré.

Que dire? Brigitte est une hote exceptionelle...Superbe maison pour passer un we en famille, propre, grandes chambres et salles de bain moderne. Encore merci Brigitte pour ton accueil. Nous reviendrons😁

This place was great and Adeline was wonderful. Great communication throughout. And a little visit to the champagne cellar was lovely. The house was very roomy and clean with all the facilities you could need. The hot tub and sauna were brill. Lots of toilets and showers and a spacious living room. Adeline was a lovely host with great English speaking skills. Would definitely go back - perfect base to explore Champagne.

Excellent location! Right in the heart of downtown! We walked all over to bars and restaurants and it was easy to get out for our champagne house tours. We found street parking but the parking deck was very close. Stairs up to the apartment are as you would expect in a building of this age but manageable. Apratment was clean and as pictured, sleeping our party of 5 easily. The kitchen is well appointed. Nadange thoughtfully had a few bottles of wine, champagne and beer chilling in the fridge available for purchase at very reasonable prices which we took advantage of! The ceiling fan in the living room and the small fans in the bedrooms were helpful as it was unexpectedly warm during our stay. Thankfully, it cooled off in the evening, the only drawback to the windows being open was the restaurant below in the courtyard was setting up early and it was a bit noisy; but when staying in the heart of the city this wasn’t unexpected (same with the church bells). Highly recommend.

Environnement conforme à la description. Très calme et reposant. Ça nous a permis de nous ressourcer avec un très beau paysage. Je recommande à 100% et nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce cadre qui nous a permis de rassembler la famille entière.

Een sfeervol 18e eeuws huis, gezellig ingericht en voorzien van alle gemakken. De tuin is prachtig, met allerlei plekjes om te gaan zitten. Er is zelfs een boomgaard en er lopen leuke beestjes rond. De ontvangst was heel hartelijk met een glas zelfgemaakte appelsap. Binnen stonden vruchtjes uit eigen tuin op ons te wachten. In de loop van de week zagen we Bernard en Faustine geregeld en dat ging altijd op een fijne manier. Een praatje maken in steenkolenfrans, het werd nooit opdringerig. Het was kortom een fijne week in een streek waar je niet heen moet gaan voor allerlei wilde attracties. Het is er vooral heel rustig.

Valérie est accueillante, agréable et à l'écoute. Les informations reçues sont très claires pour arriver sur place. Aucun problème rencontré.

Christian est un hôte très accueillant. Le gîte est coquet, propre et bien fourni en équipements (ustensiles de cuisine, essuies, linge de lit...). Nous recommandons ce logement à 200%

Magnifique gîte dans lequel nous avons passé le week-end entre amis avec des enfants en bas âge. Le gîte est super bien équipé pour les adultes et les enfants (chaises hautes, jeux). Petit havre de paix que nous n’oublierons pas de sitôt !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte de Sandrine et son mari. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le logement est très chaleureux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Ma fille a été ravie de pouvoir profiter de la salle de jeux. Avoir une salle de bain dans chaque chambre est un vrai plus et la literie est très confortable. la piscine est très agréable et propre , nous avons apprécié l'organisation proposée par les hôtes pour la partager équitablement entre les deux gîtes. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir pour profiter à nouveau de tous ces points positifs !

Wat een prachtige locatie! Het is een uniek en karakteristiek pand, waar wij ons meteen heel prettig voelden. Het heeft een heerlijke tuin met privé zwembad, dat is pas genieten. Ons dochtertje, van net 1 jaar, kon in de tuin leren lopen 🙂 De accomodatie ligt in het kleine dorpje Roucy, waarvandaan je zo de champagneroute oprijdt en de mooie omgeving inrijdt. Wij hebben ontzettend genoten en komen graag nog een keer terug. Dankjewel Régine!

Prachtige omgeving, het huisje ligt naast een prachtig chateaux (kasteel), het is een opgeknapte schuur, heel ruim, warm door vloerverwarming beneden, 3 badkamers (!) en geschikt voor minder validen. Zeer netjes en van alles voorzien. Perfect voor met kinderen door een grote trampoline, enorm grasveld, mooi bos om doorheen te wandelen op eigen terrein van het kasteel. Het zwembad was helaas nog dicht, de tennisbaan was flink verouderd maar kan, na wat aandacht, nog goed gebruikt worden. Alles is wat gedateerd maar nog goed bruikbaar. De omgeving is erg verlaten, het dorpje is rustig en voelt wat verlaten. En ook restaurants (10-50 min rijden) moeten van te voren gebeld worden want zijn niet altijd open!

Thank you so much to Françoise and Olivier! We loved our stay at their beautiful home. The apartment was so nicely decorated and curated and we felt right at home. The pool and its surrounds that we had to ourselves for our stay were absolutely stunning, and Olivier was so kind to set up the barbecue for us to use as well. Athis was a beautiful town too and simply the perfect place to explore the Champagne region. There are also some excellent roads for cycling in the area if that is of interest. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying with Françoise and Olivier and we hope to be able to return in the future!

Bonjour, Notre séjour a été très agréable. Nous avons profité de la maison de Claire, du jardin et de la belle piscine. We would love to visit this airbnb with our kids every summer! They loved watching the horses, playing on the playground, and swimming. The other families on-site were friendly and we enjoyed bbqing with them. The location was quiet, but quite close to the champagne houses we wanted to visit. Parking was ample, and the owner had a cute puppy. Our airbnb was large and clean, and my husband appreciated the AC in our bedroom.

Super fijn huis. Wij genoten met onze vriendinnen bende. Heerlijke kamers, super leuk zwembad, alles aanwezig en in orde!
