Cette maison paisible de 130 m2 offre un séjour détente de 50 m2 pour toute la famille sur terrain clos et arboré, aux pieds des vignes de champagne. A 10 min de Vitry-le-François, 20 min des premières plages du lac du der, 45 min de nigloland, 1 h de Reims, 2 h de Paris. 3 chambres, salle de bain avec douche et baignoire, wc séparé et 1 garage. Netflix et Disney +. Supplément de 3€ par personne pour les serviettes. La maison est louée pour 6 personnes maximum pas de fêtes ni regroupement.

Quiet in the countryside

Logement indépendant et spacieux avec vue dégagée. Amoureux de la nature et en quête de calme, nous avons acquis cette ancienne ferme située dans un écrin de verdure, entourée de pâture, d’un étang et d’un cours d’eau. Nous avons entièrement rénové la maison principale et aménagé la grange avec soin. Les aménagements extérieurs ne sont pas encore terminés (façade et cour), mais le lieu est déjà très agréable. Le logement est situé à Bouvancourt, un charmant petit village à 20 km de Reims.

For your safety and peace of mind, the grounds are fully enclosed. The house is very well-equipped, with refined and high-quality décor. From April/May to October, the swimming pool is heated. A tennis court and a gym awaits sports enthusiasts, as well as a foosball table and a ping-pong table.

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.

This castle, in ruins and uninhabited for several centuries, has found a new life thanks to work that began some twenty years ago.
