Our stay in the property was very enjoyable. We took full advantage of all appliances, preparing roasts or microwaving food with the dual system, and washing and drying clothes, also thanks to the dual system. Nicely decorated apartment, very functional, with a lovely balcony and a small garden at the back. private parking spot also very welcome. We stayed for over 3 months, with our lovely dog, and she loved it too: very quiet, and very private, as well as safe location. Air conditioning was super helpful, during a very humid summer time. Proximity to the fish market and local stores was a plus, and having a new pizza place opening nearby with great pizzas was also a welcome bonus! The place could do with a more spacious fridge, but in the end that forced us to buy fresh produces, and buy less but more frequently, not letting them spoil, so that worked out too. Very responsive host. Not the cheapest place we ever rented... but that's what to expect in Sydney. Felt right at home.

We stayed at Maria’s to be close to family, and the location is great - just opposite a large park. The property is well laid out, clean, and in a quiet mews. We had everything we needed. We only had to contact the host once, and they responded immediately with exactly what we needed. Great host, great property. Thank you!
