Villa holiday rentals in Marrakesh

Hasna & Fatima made us feel right at home and Hasna made us wonderful meals. The house is incredible and as we were there in December, it was too cold for the pool. You definitely need a rental car as you are quite remote, about 30 min from Marrakesh, but this is a similar distance to town from the major resorts. Some options nearby for lunch, but recommend to have Hasna cook for you in the evening.

Anass's house is very beautiful, spacious and well decorated with all the comforts you need (air conditioning, washing machine, everyday utensils,...) and the very nice "most" (billiards, table tennis, swimming pool, barbecue). We had a lovely time there. Anass is very responsive and caring. Naima (the cook) obviously contributed to the quality of our stay. The house is located about twenty minutes from the center in a growing area (restaurants and a Carrefour Market 5 minutes by car).

Afifa and Jean Claude's place was just what we needed after a long drive from the Sahara, and a nice respite from the busy nature of Marrakech. The architecture and lush landscaping truly can be captured with the word, "oasis." Their staff, Hamza and his wife, Fatima, tended to what we needed while giving us our space and privacy. The meals were nicely prepared, and taxis were scheduled as needed. The included airport transit is a very nice touch. Don't be alarmed when going to their place for the first time, as you will access via a dirt road (there is development around their home), because once you enter the gate, you're in a whole new world of relaxation. The pool was lovely, and we saw chickens, a turtle, and even peacocks on the property as we enjoyed the lounge chairs outside. We very much enjoyed our stay as we were treated to the lap of luxury for a few days.

Riad Azzouz in Marrakesh provides for an extraordinary stay characterised by warm hospitality and exceptional staff, particularly Yassin. Guests enjoyed delightful Moroccan breakfasts and personalised assistance with local excursions. The Riad offers a peaceful, beautifully decorated environment, situated in the lively market quarter, making it a perfect retreat after exploring the city. Overall, the experience was memorable, marked by genuine care from the staff, and is highly recommended for an authentic and luxurious stay in Marrakesh.

We had a fabulous couple of nights at Said’s place. The setting was magnificent, my kids aged 5 and 7 loved exploring the gardens and seeing all the animals. Their favourite was the peacock! The house was immaculate, with everything you need. The pool was fabulous! Said organised a taxi for us who even stopped at the supermarket for us on the way which was essential as there are no shops close by. Thank you so much, we would love to return sometime! Julia

We had a wonderful stay at the stunning Villa Shems. The service that Naceur provided was top notch. No question was too small. He also helped arrange a driver and meals (which were delicious). Zineb was so kind. The “extras” made the stay even more enjoyable. It was such a relaxing place to unwind. The beautiful pool was an added bonus. I highly recommend Villa Shems and intend to return on another trip.

I spent four wonderful days in Morocco in the Seyana Master villa. Everything went very, very, very well! The villa is superb: clean, spacious, well-decorated and perfectly equipped. The setting is quiet, ideal for relaxation. The host was welcoming, available and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Special mention to Noura for her delicious and generous breakfasts every morning, a real treat when you wake up! I recommend this villa 100% and I will come back without hesitation!

The location is perfect, 10 minutes' drive from the city center and Jemaa el-Fna square, offering the tranquility of the villa and the liveliness of the center. An unforgettable stay at Villa Domia! Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Soumia, whose kindness and professionalism marked our entire stay. Her royal couscous was absolutely exceptional – a true Moroccan feast prepared with love. The villa is splendid, tastefully decorated and perfectly maintained, with a daily cleaning service worthy of a luxury hotel. Every detail is designed for comfort and well-being. A big thank you also to Mohammed, our driver, always punctual, available and very courteous. He largely contributed to making our stay smooth and stress-free. Even though the villa is about 40 minutes from the center of Marrakech, the peaceful setting and the overall experience are well worth the detour – it is a true haven of peace far from the hustle and bustle of the city. I’ve stayed in many villas in Marrakesh , this was by far the best. Beautifully decorated well done Nawal. Saida, the governess was excellent and the garden and outside area was stunning. Very safe and secure. Tennis and a nice children’s park and a plus.

Amazing Villa Surrounded by Olive Trees The villa exceeded our expectations, it’s even more beautiful than the photos suggest. If you’re looking for a peaceful, secluded retreat with all the modern comforts, this is the perfect place. A car is essential to reach Marrakech or explore the area. We absolutely loved our stay, and our kids were truly happy. Highly recommended!

An excellent stay at Jean Pierre's . He was very welcoming , super responsive to each of our requests , very good advice and very good places for excursions and restaurants. Excellent stay during which I found the rest and calm I came to look for The villa is very beautiful and comfortable, the heated pool, well exposed and well maintained, the rooms are spacious and the bedding comfortable. The equipped kitchen and all the amenities provided are very good, we did not lack anything. Unfortunately the bathtub/hot tub was not functional (water temperature no longer heats up after a while and leak in the living room ceiling) , 2 out of 3 showers had a problem (on one the water drained only from the top and not through the showerhead , and the other water escaped through the shower tray) problems reported on arrival and not resolved during the stay. A 5/10 min walk through a small path you have small snacks(which I did not test) a BIM store and many convenience stores very well for shopping. the environment is very soothing thanks to the natural landscape, 20 min by car there
