We absolutely loved the stay at Jean-Marc Riad. The place was very cosy and matched the description perfectly. Communication was excellent throughout, with great support in arranging some private needs. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the Medina, giving you a true taste of Marrakech. While the city is bustling, the riad offers a peaceful escape that still keeps you immersed in the local energy. Highly recommended for anyone wanting an authentic and comfortable experience in Marrakech! ❤️

Loved our stay, place was very clean. Very nice location about 30 min to Marrakech which is perfect if you want to be in a calm area .

A team is taking care of the house and you. They were very helpful. The house was in a safe area and was clean. There are areas in the garden of the house where you can park your car. The house was very quiet and peaceful compared to the crowd and hustle of the city. The kind you'll want to stay even longer. We swam and sunbathed a lot. It was about 17 minutes by car to the city, but you can choose to stay at home instead of visiting the city. There were fruit trees, and we ate a few of them while we were there :) You can even come to Marrakech to stay in a house equipped with only these Authentic items 😅

Excellent stay during which I found the rest and calm I came to look for The villa is very beautiful and comfortable, the heated pool, well exposed and well maintained, the rooms are spacious and the bedding comfortable. The equipped kitchen and all the amenities provided are very good, we did not lack anything. Unfortunately the bathtub/hot tub was not functional (water temperature no longer heats up after a while and leak in the living room ceiling) , 2 out of 3 showers had a problem (on one the water drained only from the top and not through the showerhead , and the other water escaped through the shower tray) problems reported on arrival and not resolved during the stay. A 5/10 min walk through a small path you have small snacks(which I did not test) a BIM store and many convenience stores very well for shopping. the environment is very soothing thanks to the natural landscape, 20 min by car there

Great group stay at this beautiful villa close to Marrakech. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Communication with the host was very smooth. A favorite for the cook, each meal was delicious and prepared with love. We will come back without hesitation!

Afifa and Jean Claude's place was just what we needed after a long drive from the Sahara, and a nice respite from the busy nature of Marrakech. The architecture and lush landscaping truly can be captured with the word, "oasis." Their staff, Hamza and his wife, Fatima, tended to what we needed while giving us our space and privacy. The meals were nicely prepared, and taxis were scheduled as needed. The included airport transit is a very nice touch. Don't be alarmed when going to their place for the first time, as you will access via a dirt road (there is development around their home), because once you enter the gate, you're in a whole new world of relaxation. The pool was lovely, and we saw chickens, a turtle, and even peacocks on the property as we enjoyed the lounge chairs outside. We very much enjoyed our stay as we were treated to the lap of luxury for a few days.

My stay in this villa was unforgettable! Upon arrival, the view of the Atlas Mountains was spectacular, ideal for a relaxing holiday. The nearby golf course adds undeniable charm for lovers of this sport. The pool, sunny all day, was a haven of peace, perfect for cooling off after our explorations or for lounging with a good book. Recently renovated, the villa combines elegance and comfort. Every detail is carefully thought out, making the space welcoming and refined. The concierge service was exceptional: responsive and friendly, the team enriched our experience with good recommendations and valuable help. The location is perfect, 10 minutes' drive from the city center and Jemaa el-Fna square, offering the tranquility of the villa and the liveliness of the center. A huge thank you to the team for their warm welcome. I can't wait to come back and recommend this villa to anyone looking for a stay.

Beautiful stay, in a villa that exactly matches the photos Great setting, so peaceful and relaxing The green garden with the large pool, it allowed my whole family to rest without neighbors or noise around The villa is very comfortable and spacious Kacem welcomed us very warmly and was very responsive to our requests We used the services of Wafa, the cook, who prepared us delicious Moroccan dishes from breakfast to dinner (beldi breakfasts, various tajines, couscous, rfissa, etc.) I highly recommend it. And we can't wait for our next visit to Marrakech. We'll return rested and with a stock of vitamin D

An unforgettable stay at Villa Domia! Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Soumia, whose kindness and professionalism marked our entire stay. Her royal couscous was absolutely exceptional – a true Moroccan feast prepared with love. The villa is splendid, tastefully decorated and perfectly maintained, with a daily cleaning service worthy of a luxury hotel. Every detail is designed for comfort and well-being. A big thank you also to Mohammed, our driver, always punctual, available and very courteous. He largely contributed to making our stay smooth and stress-free. Even though the villa is about 40 minutes from the center of Marrakech, the peaceful setting and the overall experience are well worth the detour – it is a true haven of peace far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Hasna & Fatima made us feel right at home and Hasna made us wonderful meals. The house is incredible and as we were there in December, it was too cold for the pool. You definitely need a rental car as you are quite remote, about 30 min from Marrakesh, but this is a similar distance to town from the major resorts. Some options nearby for lunch, but recommend to have Hasna cook for you in the evening.

Anass's house is very beautiful, spacious and well decorated with all the comforts you need (air conditioning, washing machine, everyday utensils,...) and the very nice "most" (billiards, table tennis, swimming pool, barbecue). We had a lovely time there. Anass is very responsive and caring. Naima (the cook) obviously contributed to the quality of our stay. The house is located about twenty minutes from the center in a growing area (restaurants and a Carrefour Market 5 minutes by car).

Amazing Villa Surrounded by Olive Trees The villa exceeded our expectations, it’s even more beautiful than the photos suggest. If you’re looking for a peaceful, secluded retreat with all the modern comforts, this is the perfect place. A car is essential to reach Marrakech or explore the area. We absolutely loved our stay, and our kids were truly happy. Highly recommended!

We had a fabulous couple of nights at Said’s place. The setting was magnificent, my kids aged 5 and 7 loved exploring the gardens and seeing all the animals. Their favourite was the peacock! The house was immaculate, with everything you need. The pool was fabulous! Said organised a taxi for us who even stopped at the supermarket for us on the way which was essential as there are no shops close by. Thank you so much, we would love to return sometime! Julia

Our stay has been amazing! Loved the place, even better than the pictures. Everything we needed was present, the lady that cooked was super nice and make us some really nice food! Everything was very good, responsive host, special mention to the cook of an exceptional kindness. The accommodation is clean. Housekeepers wash your clothes. Hotel to be highly recommended. I plan to return to his home on my next visit to Marrakech. Thank you for everything
