The house consists of 2 bedrooms and 4 suites of 45, 55, 70 and 90 m2, a living room of 110 m2 (6 m high). a/ The "CURCUMA" room, 30 m2, with fireplace and bathroom (bathroom = toilet + sink + bathtub) (ideal for 2 adults + a baby) b/ The "MOKA" room, 35 m2 with fireplace, sitting area and bathroom (ideal for 2 adults + 1 child), with air conditioning. c/ The 45 m2 "SAFFRON" suite with fireplace, sitting area and bathroom (2 adults + 2 children + 1 baby) d/ The 55 m2 "ZARAK" suite with a living room area and fireplace + a private terrace with benches and table + bathroom (2 adults + 2 children) or 4 friends. e/ The "BLED" suite of 70 m2 with 2 living room areas + bathroom plus (4 adults + 1 child + 1 baby) with air conditioning. f/ The 90 m2 "AZUR" suite with 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms + 1 living room (6 adults) with air conditioning. A patio, swimming pool (not available during the winter season), 12 m2 hammam, outdoor boxing ring and punching bags, library, gardens and terraces. The traditional Moroccan cuisine is made with organic products. 5% of the net profits go to the local development association Ida o blal... To come to us you have to have a vehicle. We advise against taxis, as they do not like to take the road. Since January 2019, access is direct and 13 minutes from the airport (30 minutes from Essaouira). It takes 6 km of unscreened track. With our Dacia Logan, we drive ourselves on average at 50 km/h. It takes 300 to 450 dirhams per day depending on the season for a Dacia type rental car, but it seems that it is better to rent at Marrakech or Essaouira airport in international online rental agencies, it's up to you. The house is built on top of a hill. The 360° panoramic view is breathtaking over about fifteen km. A place that is perfect for a long stay around reading, writing, meditation or just relaxing around the pool and its waterfall. For full board, in addition to breakfasts (consisting of homemade bread, butter, jam, fresh orange juice and hot drink) which are already included in the room rate, we offer lunch and dinner, with, depending on the season, organic vegetables from our garden (our gîte is on a plot of 25,000 m2), including traditional Moroccan dishes (a starter, a main course and a dessert with a bottle of mineral water and a coffee or tea with aromatic herbs from our garden, of your choice) at: 20 euros per adult for 2 meals, noon (8 euros) and evening (12 euros) 14 euros for children from 5 to 13 years old (lunch 6 euros and dinner 8 euros) Free for children 4 years old and under. Laundry available for 5 euros per machine. The pool is free but the hammam is charged. nice apartment with terrace at 80 m square has everything necessary for the kitchen. quiet comfortable. 7 min walk to the beach. 5 min walk to the CTM bus station. (from the CTM station and supratour free 4 person to the apartment). family-friendly activities, and public transportation, & free parking. The city is very quiet, clean, has no industrial facilities, its inhabitants are particularly nice and friendly. Nothing to do with the stress of life.
