Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Marrakesh-Tensift-El Haouz

My husband and I instantly felt right at home in this beautiful villa with our 3 children aged 13, 10 and 5. We were greeted by our gracious superhost Hind and her daughter on our arrival and welcomed in to the villa. They gave us a guided tour ensuring we knew everything about the property to make our stay comfortable. Hind went above and beyond in accommodating our needs. She prepared a delicious meal for us as we arrived late in the evening. She arranged a cook to prepare lunch at a very reasonable cost and thoughtfully suggested meals she thought we would enjoy. The breakfast prepared by the onsite governess was delicious and the daily laundry service was an added bonus. The villa itself is homely yet has a beautiful and stylish aesthetic feel. The garden and pool area is beautifully maintained. The rooms are spacious and cosy. We were more then happy to spend our entire day at the villa and were sad to leave. Our first Air BnB experience surpassed expectations thanks to Hind!

An oasis away from the busy centre of Marrakech. The views were amazing from the gardens and pool, we loved sitting out there in the evenings. A local lady cooked for us and it was lovely, I’d recommend booking it. It was about 30/40 mins from the centre however, we didn’t have a car and were out in touch with a local taxi driver who was reliable and had a good rate. My young daughter loved the goats at the end of the garden and the tortoises roaming around. The village was peaceful and locals friendly. The local shop doesn’t sell much so I’d recommend stopping at the supermarket in the city before arriving.

La chiave della Medina è un riad bellissimo, a pochi passi dalla Medina e da piazza Jamaa el Fna ma in un vicolo riparato dal rumore. La struttura è bellissima, la piscina una piccola gemma. Le camere sono ampie e con bagno privato. La pulizia è impeccabile. Ottima colazione e grandissima disponibilità da parte dell'host. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

Not sure where to start but Let me summarize that I have stayed at AirBnb’s around the globe and this was the best one to date! For more details: the host Hannah was super responsive, and proactive. Abdel was always available to answer questions, solve and fix anything we needed. Rachida’s breakfast was perfect. We also ordered dinner one night that Rachida cooked for us. The lamb tagine was the best we had in all of Marrakesh- this is a must try if you like your tagine to be balanced in sweet and savory. All in all a highly customer focused staff at our disposal throughout. We are a family of 4, including kids. Our boys had a wonderful time at the Riad and we all loved the incorporation of indoor/outdoor space, just like the pics. The location was fantastic - walkable and hip. Like many Riads around, this is not close to a drivable street, but Abdel was with us to show us in and out and also arranged for a cart to get our luggage to the car. A five star accommodation!

One of our favourite locations and Airbnb’s ever! The panoramic view was totally unmatched and the perfect way to start and end the day. Everything was perfect other than the bath kept leaking but to be honest, the amazing interior, patio, view and overall vibe trumped any small drawbacks. The location is perfect if you want to visit the city but have your own space and enjoy tranquility. 10 mins walk through the dunes to the beach, amazing little coves 20 ish min walk, beach bar and restaurants just around the corner in the car. Great communication, clean place, 12/10 views, comfy bed, everything you need for cooking! Could not recommend this stay more. We was absolutely gutted to leave. Thank you so much. If you are thinking about staying in this area this is your place!

Notre séjour au Riad Modjakech a été tout simplement inoubliable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec chaleur et professionnalisme par Marco, dans une ambiance sereine conviviale. Le riad est un véritable bijou, alliant le charme de l’architecture traditionnelle marocaine au confort moderne. Chaque pièce est décorée avec goût, et l’atmosphère qui s’en dégage invite à la détente. Tout était d'une propreté irréprochable (grâce aussi au roi de l'aspirateur ;-) La localisation est idéale : ruelle calme, à quelques minutes seulement de l’effervescence de la médina. Après nos journées de découverte, nous aimions nous ressourcer sur la terrasse et son bassin. Un immense merci à Mohamed et Fatima, qui ont été tout simplement exceptionnels Mohamed a su nous conseiller avec justesse sur les activités, et Fatima… quelle cuisinière ! Son tajine est à ne pas manquer. Nous reviendrons, c’est certain

Dès la réservation Cristina & Paolo ont été très réactifs et ont préparé au mieux notre arrivée. Nous avons été émerveillées par la beauté du riad et la gentillesse du personnel. Ce riad est le lieu idéal pour se rassembler ef partager des moments conviviaux. Je remercie encore l’ememble du personnel pour leur disponibilité.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce studio ! L’endroit est impeccablement propre, très bien agencé et parfaitement équipé — idéal pour un court ou long séjour. Le lit est confortable, la salle de bain moderne et la kitchenette très pratique. Merci bcp Hamza

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Marrakech grâce à cet appartement ! L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout mais au calme, parfait pour se reposer dans une résidence agréable . L’appartement est propre, bien équipé et joliment décoré dans un style moderne. Ines a été très accueillante , disponible et réactive, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement et je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Zouhair est un super hôte, ainsi que Youssef. Ils sont super réactifs. Si vous avez la moindre question, ils sont toujours à vous aider très rapidement. C’est très rassurant lorsque l’on arrive dans un endroit que l’on ne connait pas. Le logement était top! Super bien placé (grande surface, commerces et restaurants accessibles à pieds), le centre est à proximité également! Je recommande sans hésiter!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Safae est très réactive, disponible et vraiment sympathique. L’appartement était tout simplement génial, encore mieux que sur les photos : spacieux, propre, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Really enjoyed my stay here, Yahya was a great host always quick to answer any questions I had, the place itself was very cozy and in a perfect area close to many great restaurants and shops, I would definitely stay here again.

Logement magnifique, très grand, et super bien rangé. Tout était nickel, il y avait des serviettes à disposition, une télé avec netflix et youtube, ce qui est un gros plus. Cela peut paraitre loin du centre mais en taxi on y est en 10 minutes même pas. Les hôtes étaient très gentils. La terrasse est partagé avec eux, on y a accès quand on veut, elle est super belle.

Un véritable coup de cœur ! L’appartement est idéalement situé, avec un vrai concept, une énergie et une atmosphère incroyables. Tout est parfaitement pensé, c’est un lieu magique où l’on se sent très bien dès l’arrivée. En plus, Bruno a toujours été très réactif et attentionné dans ses réponses, ce qui est très appréciable et rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation, et je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui cherchent une belle expérience.<3

Mon épouse et moi-même avons passé un séjour tout simplement formidable dans ce logement. Très propre et totalement fonctionnel en plus d’être tout plein de charme, ce dernier correspondait en tous points à nos attentes. Aucune mauvaise surprise, tout était conforme à ce qui avait été annoncé en amont, nous en avons donc été totalement satisfaits. L’environnement du logement : nous avons trouvé celui-ci idéalement situé, dans un quartier agréable, animé, totalement sécurisé, avec d’innombrables restaurants et commerces de proximités. L’hôte : David est à l’image de son logement, tout simplement extra. En plus d’être très réactif, ce dernier s’est démené avant notre arrivée pour répondre à une demande particulière de notre part, mais aussi avant notre départ, afin de faciliter autant que faire se peut celui-ci. Les échanges ont été fluides et très agréables. Nous retournerons très certainement à Marrakech et nous reposerons sans hésiter nos valises chez lui. Merci pour tout David. :-)

This apartment is truly a piece of art. With its three beautiful suites, stunning decor, and carefully chosen furniture, it made us want to spend the entire trip indoors! The highlight for us was the amazing, fully equipped terrace—we spent most of our time there enjoying the ambiance. Being right in the city center was a game changer, especially during the busy Gitex Africa week. We didn’t need to use our car at all, as everything we needed was just a short walk away. Highly recommend this place for both comfort and convenience!

Appartement exceptionnel avec comme Highlight la piscine au deuxième étage. Par ailleurs, il est très bien situé (centre commercial à 10 min à pieds). L’appartement se situe dans un bon rapport qualité/prix, ce d’autant plus si vous voyagez à 5-7 personnes. Je recommande vivement! ☺️👍🏼

Die Wohnung von Soufiane ist wirklich ein Traum - superschön eingerichtet, sehr hochwertig gebaut und möbliert - und das Beste sind 3 sehr gut gepflegte Pools! Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer bewachten Wohnanlage, in der wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt haben - und bietet die perfekte Kombination von Städtetrip und Urlaub. Wir haben morgens und abends das schöne Marrakesch besichtigt und lagen über die sehr heiße Mittagszeit faul am Pool - besser geht es nicht! Soufiane ist ein perfekter Gastgeber und meldet sich immer in kürzester Zeit zurück. Checkin erfolgte über seine sehr nette Mutter, die uns netterweise sehr viel früher in die Wohnung ließ (unser Flug kam schon morgens in Marrakesch an), um zumindest unser Gepäck abzustellen, und uns einen sehr leckeren Minztee zur Begrüßung servierte. Auch der Checkout war sehr unkompliziert. Wir sind sehr dankbar, dass wir die schöne Wohnung von Soufiane gefunden haben und können sie absolut empfehlen!
