Riad holiday rentals in Marrakesh-Tensift-El Haouz

The Riad was beautiful and even better than the pictures. It was a perfect location within the Medina and walking distance to most attractions. Alice has done a great job decorating the place. Abdou and Fatima made our stay seamless, easy and special. They made a great spread every morning for breakfast. Abdou was particularly helpful in making restaurant suggestions…Atay Cafe and L’Mida were both great choices.

Rachid’s place is a beautiful calm oasis in the heart of the Medina. Fantastic interior design touches and lush planting frame a heated plunge pool on the ground floor where you can relax over a cold drink with the sounds of running water and bird song. We ate on the rooftop terrace some evenings - there is a handy kitchenette up there with a sink and fridge and sun loungers. The showers have good pressure and the beds are super comfy. Do not hesitate to book this excellent place. You won’t regret it. Thanks also to host Mohammed for meeting and orientating us when we arrived and arranging transport to the airport when we left. It was our first time in Marrakech, and also in North Africa, so it was nice that Khalid arranged for our airport pick-up, and also met us to show us to and around his place. The Riad is in a quieter part of the Medina, which was nice to escape back to with our son, after exciting days in the main square and souks, but there are local amenities and restaurants locally. The Riad itself is very spacious and authentic feeling, and we especially enjoyed the roof terrace with its amazing views. Khalid was responsive and helpful throughout our time in Marrakech, and we would definitely recommend staying there.

La chiave della Medina è un riad bellissimo, a pochi passi dalla Medina e da piazza Jamaa el Fna ma in un vicolo riparato dal rumore. La struttura è bellissima, la piscina una piccola gemma. Le camere sono ampie e con bagno privato. La pulizia è impeccabile. Ottima colazione e grandissima disponibilità da parte dell'host. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit. Es ist so schön wie auf den Fotos und man könnte ganze Abende dort entspannt verbringen. Wir waren nur zu viert und waren uns erst nicht sicher, ob das ganze Gebäude wirklich für uns ist. Ibtissam war super nett und hat uns ein leckeres Frühstück zubereitet und hat mir sogar mehrere Aker Fassi besorgt, damit ich nicht feilschen muss. Man kämpft nachts gegen ein paar Mücken, weil die Türen nicht ganz dicht sind. Aber ab der zweiten Nacht hatten wir keine Probleme mehr und die Mücken sind langsam. Kleiner Tipp: Es gibt 2 Möglichkeiten auf Maps, um zum Riad zu gelangen. Man muss die zweite Route wählen, wo auch das Riad Christina in der Nähe liegt. (Wenn euch Personen den Weg zeigen möchten, erwarten sie dafür Geld.) Statt Shampoo, hatten wir Duschgel im Bad. Es war alles sehr sauber und einfach wirklich schön und wir würden wiederkommen!

Reginas Dar ist ein wundervoller Ort, um Marrakesch zu erkunden. Das Haus ist dafür ideal gelegen, sehr nah zu allen wichtigen Attraktionen und dennoch völlig ruhig. Zum Jamaa El Fna sind es nur gut 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Dar selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und enthält alles, was man zum unbeschwerten Genießen benötigt. Der wunderschöne Pool und die Dachterrasse laden zum unbeschwerten Genießen ein und verströmen ein Gefühl des Luxus. Genau das, was man nach einem langen Tag in den Souks schätzt. Der gesamte Dar ist blitzsauber und in bestem Zustand. Dafür sorgen Regina und Khadija, die immer mit Rat, Tat und Informationen aushelfen, wenn man sie benötigt. Obwohl Regina nicht vor Ort war, hat sie immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Das Frühstück von Khadija war sensationell gut und immer ganz frisch zubereitet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und empfehlen diesen Dar aus voller Überzeugung. Danke für Eure großzügige Gastfreundschaft.

Dès la réservation Cristina & Paolo ont été très réactifs et ont préparé au mieux notre arrivée. Nous avons été émerveillées par la beauté du riad et la gentillesse du personnel. Ce riad est le lieu idéal pour se rassembler ef partager des moments conviviaux. Je remercie encore l’ememble du personnel pour leur disponibilité.

The Riad is charming. It's in an old house but has everything you need and is a quite place in the middle of the hustling medina. Check-in and check-out were went smooth.

L’emplacement du Riad est vraiment super pour accéder à la médina et en même temps, c’est un havre de paix. Bahija et Hakima sont au petit soin et grâce à elles le Riad est toujours parfaitement entretenus. Nous avons pleinement profité de la terrasse et du bassin qui sont hyper agréables pour se délasser après une journée passée à visiter. Merci à Marie-Cécile pour les échanges avant notre arrivée et les recommandations.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in your beautiful Riad. It is a gorgeous property and Christian and Catherine were very helpful with plans and very responsive to communications. The staff were also outstanding and highly recommend the home cooked meal on offer from the hosts. Nadia prepared an excellent evening meal.

Absolutely stunning place!! One of the most beautiful Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Plenty of space, clean, beautiful rooftop and pool. Saloua was an amazing housekeeper. Very responsive and helpful hosts, made it a breeze to get everything into the Medina and Airbnb. All-in-all highly recommended place to stay in the Medina.

Un havre de paix au cœur de la médina ! L’emplacement est parfait : central, à deux pas de l’effervescence des souks, mais incroyablement calme dès qu’on franchit la porte du Riad. Le lieu est décoré avec un goût exquis : un mélange subtil d’inspirations marocaines et contemporaines, jamais cliché, toujours juste. L’atmosphère est apaisante, chaleureuse et authentique. Mais ce sont surtout Fatimzahra et Simo qui ont donné toute la magie à notre séjour. Leur accueil, leur gentillesse, leur discrétion, leur générosité et la qualité de nos échanges ont rendu notre semaine unique. Chaque matin, un petit déjeuner différent, généreux, savoureux, nous attendait. La cuisine de Fatimzahra est une merveille : authentique, locale, pleine de saveurs et de cœur. Ils ont été d’une aide précieuse tout au long de notre séjour, toujours disponibles et bienveillants. Grâce à eux, Marrakech a eu une toute autre saveur. The place has a very unique charm. Very nicely decorated, close enough to the Medina. The staff was lovely and the breakfast was delightful. Lulua was very hospitable and made us feel right at home.

Amazing location. The riad is beautiful very clean and very well maintained. Check in is very smooth as someone meets you to check you in and give you an explanation of the place.

We had an incredible weekend at this stunning villa in Marrakech! The space was even more beautiful and spacious than we expected; perfect for our group of friends coming from all over the world. The outdoor area was huge and ideal for relaxing, socializing, and enjoying the sunshine. Inside, the villa was cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The service was outstanding; everything was taken care of with warmth and professionalism. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable group getaway!

Nous avons été séduit par ce Riad qui nous a fait tout de suite nous sentir chez nous, en pleine Médina. Tout était accessible à pied. Ce qui nous a vraiment frappé c est le calme et le côté apaisant tout en étant à deux pas des souks. Le Riad a été parfaitement conçu et convient parfaitement à une famille de 4 personnes. Le petit bassin sur le roof top a vraiment été appréciable au moment de l’apéro. Lydie et son marie ont été aux petits soins avec nous. Séjourner dans ce super Riad au calme dans un quartier sécurisé a contribué à faire de ce gros week-end un moment inoubliable. Encore Merci pour votre accueil.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait à Marrakech ! Le riad était superbe, parfaitement propre, très bien décoré, et totalement privatisé, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour en toute intimité. Les chambres et salles de bain étaient spacieuses et impeccables. Notre hôte a été exceptionnelle du début à la fin : toujours à l’écoute, réactive, et d’une grande gentillesse. Elle s’est occupée de nos transferts avec efficacité et a toujours répondu rapidement à nos demandes. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés et n’hésiterai pas à y revenir lors de mon prochain passage à Marrakech. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience, et Merci Céline pour ta gentillesse !

Riad magnifique, très bien décoré. Emplacement idéal. Fred est un super hôte disponible. Hanane prépare les petits déjeuners copieux et excellents. Son couscous est le meilleur que nous ayons mangé ! Les conseils de Fred sont précieux ! Bref un séjour parfait !

En dold pärla! Inte det lättaste boendet att hitta men när man lämnar det hektiska livet ute på gatan är det en oas som möter en när man öppnar dörren. En härlig blandning mellan klassisk riad och stilren design. Det som sticker ut är att det finns två pooler, en på innergården och en på takterrassen, att njuta av efter en hektisk dag på Djemaa el-Fna. För att börja dagen på bästa marockanska sättet fick vi en fantastisk frukost med lokala specialiteter, frukt, pannkakor, ägg, färskpressad juice mm serverad.

We LOVED our stay at Ali’s villa! It was for our friends hen do weekend and we were blown away with the accomodation. It looks even better than the pictures!!! Rhe rooftop was amazing and the pool area brought both traditional and modern vibes to life. The place was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Towels and all toiletries were provided and we even had a wonderful lady serve us breakfast and help us around the villa on the first day. Would recommend this place to anyone! Easy location too, 15-20 minutes to the Medina! Really peaceful :) Thank you.

The property was so lovely and the staff were very accommodating. It is located really centrally in the Medina so was great for my friends and I to go sightseeing and get back easily. I even had a good running route for my morning 5km so that was a great bonus!! Would love to stay with Chris again on my next trip to Marrakech!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans ce magnifique riad ! Dès la réservation, Ann et Philippe ont été super réactifs, disponibles et vraiment arrangeants – un vrai bonheur ! C’est très agréable de sentir, avant même d’arriver, qu’on a fait le bon choix, rien qu’à travers leurs messages, avec beaucoup de gentillesse, et leur disponibilité. On s’est senties en confiance tout de suite, et ça a vraiment fait la différence. Un immense merci aussi à Fatima et Aziza, qui ont été adorables tout au long de notre séjour. Leur gentillesse et leur attention nous ont touchées, sans parler des petits-déjeuner ! Le riad en lui-même est superbe, tout à fait conforme aux photos (même mieux en vrai !). On s’y sent tout de suite bien, c’est spacieux, joliment décoré et parfaitement situé au cœur de la médina. Je recommande à 100% et nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Das Riad liegt leicht abseits vom Trubel und ist damit eine ideale Ruheoase! Gleichzeitig sind alle Plätze der Medina gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wer abends unterwegs sein will, der sollte aber beachten, dass der Weg zum Riad durch einige enge, dunkle Gassen führt oder man nimmt sich ein Taxi. Wir haben uns im Riad rundum wohl gefühlt, es ist sehr authentisch und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Haushälterin Maria ist ein Schatz und hat uns liebevoll umsorgt. Das Essen war köstlich und wurde in einer wunderschönen Atmosphäre serviert. Es war ein tolles Erlebnis. Danke für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!
