Leiria - Magnólia B&B - Tranquility

The villa was built for the family, having been designed as a vacation home for the whole year, with traditional architecture and all amenities. The communal spaces are open and connect the rooms and the outdoor area where the pool is the center of attention. All rooms have a private bathroom. One of the best features of the area is the tranquility, so you have to be careful with outside noise after 10 pm.

Garage Mezzanine Studio - Leiria

Situated in Leiria, more specifically in Gandara dos Olivais, the 'Garagem' is set within a family estate. In the same space there are two studios with garden access and outdoor pool. Although some of the the pine trees, typical of that area, have been replaced by houses, the aroma and tranquility remains. The house is equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom and a double bed. Towels and linen are included.

Sunflower Treehouse

Our treehouse was built over a 400 year old oak tree, standing on a rock bed under all property. Built as a hobby, and originally intended as a playground for children, it gathered the attention and amusement of our friends, family and other guests we had at our property, so we decided to share this place with others.
