The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location within walking distance to everything: the train station, city centre, shops, and a wide variety of restaurants. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. In the mornings, I could hear birds chirping softly through the window, and in the afternoons, the gentle sound of church bells carried through the air. These small touches added a sense of charm and authenticity that made my stay in Dijon feel truly special. Simon was also kind and quick to respond to any inquiries, which made everything even smoother. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

We stayed as a family of 5 with three adult daughters. The home was beautiful, comfortable and spacious. Charlène and Rafael were the perfect hosts, very helpful and friendly. The home was well located in walking distance to the town and to local wineries. We did have a car which was helpful but there is plenty to do without a car. The home was well stocked with extras like drinks provided. We definitely would stay again and highly recommend this home.

Location, location, location! You are steps away from the ducal palace and the beaux arts museum inside, which is why I came to Dijon. You are also steps from the Dijon tourism office, which is a great resource. The only slight downside is that you can’t sleep with the windows open because of the pedestrian traffic outside. But, again, stay here for the location. If you close the windows at night, you won’t hear a thing. Great place!

It is a spacious, well-maintained and carefully furnished apartment on the ground floor with an excellent bed and a wonderful rain shower. The apartment is located in a very quiet street, directly on a large park and 5 min bike ride from the center of Dijon. Communication with the host is great, Virginie always responds very quickly. To receive the access code for the key locker, you must register on a separate app 'Passpass', outside of AirBnB. This is a very reliable and ICT-secure environment, where you can also read information about the apartment, arrival, parking, stay and departure. But I also found the registration process to be cumbersome and a bit unnecessary: you have to fill in all the name and address details (which are already known to AirBnB) again and everything is in French and the information on the app is also on the Airbnb website. More the price-quality ratio of this apartment is very good.

A pleasant surprise to stay here. It is the ground floor of a house that has been recently renovated. An excellent taste, everything very well organized, and the details like having glasses and cutlery for children was great. It's a shame we only spent two nights here. We really enjoyed the place, and for those who want to do remote work, I can tell you that the place has 500 Mbps bi-directional internet, so you will have no problem working a few days from there. I have no complaints about the place, it was simply an excellent choice at a very good price.

Sophie and Alain's apartment is in the center of the village. There are restaurants and shops nearby, but the funny thing is that you have the advantage of them but no disadvantage: inside the apartment and in the courtyard you hear nothing at all. We stayed in the month of June with very warm weather, but the apartment was very cool. Sophie and Alain are very friendly and helpful. Nuits San Georges is very conveniently located in relation to Beaune and Dijon: both places are easily accessible by bus, train and private car

This apartment is an introduction to modernity with beeps, codes, remote controls, and digital switches without a manual, leaving room for experimentation rather than a user manual that is too long to read. The black and white style encourages respect in yin yang mode. This accommodation is in a real estate area in the midst of construction and change, where the municipality wants to replace cars with bicycles and public transport. The T2 is 150 m away and allows you to go to the market in less than a quarter of an hour and blend into the world of the average Dijon resident without having to park. The apartment is quiet, more than clean with acceptable bedding. Small downside for the lighting of the room a little too bright for my taste. Despite this minor aspect, which should be resolved soon, the kitchen is hyper-functional and the living room with its huge TV is pleasant. This new neighborhood is a good base for a Dijon residence, close to the city center and the ring road.

The accommodation is ideal for discovering Dijon. You can quickly reach the city by car, bus or bicycle. The hilly area should not be underestimated (especially by older cyclists). Although it is a large house with many apartments, it was absolutely quiet and clean. We can recommend Claire's apartment with a clear conscience and without reservations.

We loved the apartment! It was very nice and close to everything we wanted to do in Beaune. Virginia and Kevin were also very quick to respond to questions we had during our stay. Would come back!

Everything was very beautiful and in line with the listing and description. I just regret that the shutters were closed when I arrived because the accommodation was very dark and I had a hard time finding all the switches to discover the apartment. We didn't have time to use all the equipment but maybe we'll come back to enjoy it fully.

We enjoyed a quality break in Anthony's accommodation, which was consistent with the photos and description. The accommodation is ideally located to go for a walk on the banks of Saone but also to feast in a good restaurant and all on foot. Thank you-we are so excited!
