The accommodation includes: 1 ground floor with open kitchen, living room, TV room (Box + wifi) with sofa bed, bathroom/toilets; 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with balcony (from where it is possible to see the pond) separated by a dressing room. Several parking options are available near the house. Small courtyard with gate where you can put bikes.

Small house freshly renovated in a quiet and green environment, close to the historic center. Guests can enjoy a pleasant little shaded garden not overlooked with its terrace. Free parking reserved in front of the house. Tram 2 at 400 m 30 min to Comédie on foot or 15 min to tram, 15 minutes from the beach by car. An outdoor hot tub can be provided on request. Parties are strictly prohibited out of respect for the neighborhood and because we live next door.

A large living room, with lots of light, welcomes you and overlooks the canal and Mont Saint-Clair. The kitchen is open to the living room. The bedroom is at the back and overlooks a large shaded terrace, very quiet, facing east.
