Great place. Would love to stay again

This place was amazing for our family vacation. The goal was to spend family time together & there was plenty for us all to do. Lots of outdoor activities in nature! The beach was great for adult hang-out & games of spike ball (which we brought), & fun in the sand for the kids. Loved our pontoon boat rides & campfires as well. The indoor pool was great anytime day & night & was always a good back up in case it we had rain. The common areas were large enough for us to all have space & there was plenty of sleeping room. We had an amazing time & will definitely revisit. Ryan was courteous & quick to respond. Absolutely loved this trip!

Host was great to communicate with we had no issues but on questions she got back with us very quickly. Would recommend!!

Melody's communication from the start was amazing. She left a binder with great instructions as well as recommendations. The home was filled with any kitchen supplies you would need, which was very helpful. It was me and 6 kids, they did not leave the pool or game room! We will absolutely visit again.

We had an amazing time staying at this house in South Bend! Our group of 11 felt completely at home. The house was spotless, spacious, and absolutely perfect for a large group. The pool and hot tub were definite highlights, and the huge yard gave us plenty of space to play all kinds of yard games. The location couldn’t be better—tons of food options nearby, and it’s a fantastic spot for anyone in town for a Notre Dame game. Even with neighbors around, the property still felt private and peaceful. The host was incredibly friendly and proactive, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Truly no complaints—we highly recommend this place for any big group or family looking for a fun, relaxing weekend in South Bend!

Tiffany is an amazing host. Anytime I had questions she was quick to respond with helpful solutions. Her home is a spacious, clean and comfortable living space that put my family at ease. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall great experience. House is quite dated but as a friend said it’s a blast from the past and kinda grandma chic if you are into that kind of thing. Only issues we encountered were a lack of descent coffee mugs, a broken burner on the stovetop, and know the house is served by well water which had a strong smell and taste but they did have a filter/RO system installed in the kitchen. Communication with host was excellent and request for late checkout granted which was much appreciated. Hope to stay here again.

A beautiful home right on the golf course. The amount of space that this home offers is unbelievable. We slept 11 people comfortably (all with their own beds!) I recommend this Host for the value of the home, the stay, and the upstanding communication.

Perfect location! Unobstructed views of Lake Max from the 2 main bedrooms on the first floor and living space. Very close to town and not too far from the academy. I would rent this house again for the location and the views!

Great place to stay. It happened to snow while we were there and they came out to shovel the sidewalks. Kari had great recommendations for restaurants and there was a small town with plenty of places to eat within 4 miles. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Southbend. We were there for the game. If we are back in the area we will definitely stay again.

What a lovely cozy cottage! Very comfortable and in a perfect location! Beds were very comfortable and the house had plenty of space to spread out. The backyard was a perfect place to watch the sun set and the front patio was a great coffee spot. Can’t wait to come back to visit. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

The house was in a great, safe, and quiet location near one of the main streets in town and very spacious. We appreciated having four bedrooms but the mattresses were uncomfortable for us, either too soft or too hard. The upstairs bathroom has a shower and the powder room on the main level is tiny. We weren't able to avail ourselves of making meals at the house, but the kitchen and picnic-bench dining table were very large.

The history of this house is 2nd to none! Couldn’t beat that back patio right next to the water. Pontoon rental is a must on this lake. When we had any questions Janet responded very quickly! Great host!

We had the best time at Kelly’s place! We enjoyed every minute of our stay… The house was spotless, the internet worked super fast, the beds were super comfy the decorations were perfect Definitely a great experience !

Perfect lakeside get-away retreat. This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home exceeded all my expectations. The location is absolutely ideal - nestled on a peaceful small part of the lake just a mile from Culver, giving you that perfect balance of tranquil nature and convenient access to town. The house itself was spotlessly clean and impeccably maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and I truly didn’t want for anything during my stay. The space would be perfect for our small group of friends - plenty of room to spread out, yet cozy enough to gather together. Our host, Ashley, was incredibly responsive throughout our stay, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish. The communication was top-notch, and you could tell she genuinely cares about providing an outstanding guest experience. The lakeside setting created such a relaxing atmosphere that i found myself unwinding almost immediately upon arrival. Will book again.

Great place to stay! Very close to the Academy. The home was also very clean. The hosts were accommodating in offering the use of their washer/dryer in the owner’s closet as we were in a pinch. The little upstairs bunk area is great for accommodating additional guests!

Lakeview lodge was clean & spacious and located in a quaint & cute neighborhood within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It had all the amenities needed, and Tracy was a great host! Would highly recommend!

Very convenient to Culver Academies, restaurants, shops and beautiful lake. Lovely, updated home with huge wraparound porch and plenty of room. Highly recommend!
