A 10 mn à pied du centre ville, de la piste cyclable, de la Corniche allant jusqu'à Marseillan. 5mn à pied du théâtre de la mer ( festivals comme Jazz à Sète, Fiest'à Sète, Quand je pense à Fernande..)
