Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Huisje Uliviu was een geweldige accomodatie, ruim en proper. Wanneer we iets nodig hadden werden we dadelijk verder geholpen. De ligging was ideaal om de mooiste bezienswaardigheden, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... te bezoeken. Vanuit het huisje heb je mooie fiets-en wandelroutes. Supermarkt in Marsciano vlakbij. Wat het huis zo attractief maakt is het mooie en groot zwembad met een prachtig uitzicht over de vallei en heuvels. Volledige rust vindt je hier. Wij ontmoetten de hele familie, sympathiek en hartelijk. interessant ook om naar hun verhalen te luisteren. De grootouders van Tommaso wonen ter plaatse, wat een actieve grootmoeder zeg. Vele groeten aan allen, en misschien tot nog eens.

Vi giver vores varmeste anbefalinger til dette sted. Vi boede der i hele april og havde en fantastisk ferie. Lejligheden er lys, rummelig og har en god stemning. Vi er en børnefamilie med to små børn, og vi nød, at der både var en ny vaskemaskine og opvaskemaskine i lejligheden. Den lille charmerende have, der hører til huset, er simpelthen så hyggelig - perfekt til at tørre tøj eller nyde et lille hvil under et af træerne. Maria Christina er en sød værtinde, som vil sine gæster det bedste. Hun svarede hurtigt på vores beskeder, hvis vi havde spørgsmål eller ønsker. Resten af hendes familie er også virkelig søde. Marta er en perle - det er en skøn lille by, som har alt, hvad man skal bruge. Grønthandler, kafferisteri, caféer, isbarer og restauranter samt masser af bagere. Til børnene er der en virkelig god legeplads med en fantastisk udsigt lige ud over søen. Man kan gå til byens to større supermarkeder på ca 10 minutter. Om torsdagen er der marked ved søpromenaden - vildt hyggeligt!

Silvia è stata gentilissima e calorosa nell'accoglienza, super disponibile e carinissima. Nel tragitto dal parcheggio che ci ha indicato ci ha fornito aneddoti e curiosità, consigliandoci un ristorantino ottimo! L'alloggio era pulitissimo e grazie alla sua accoglienza calorosa abbiamo goduto di piacevolissimi aperitivi negli spazi esterni. La centralità dell'alloggio ci ha permesso di godere di un soggiorno rilassante e culturale. Complimenti ancora.

Natalia ci ha accolti da subito con il sorriso, ed è stata disponibilissima ad aiutarci per qualsiasi necessità. L’alloggio è molto pulito e curato, servizi ben funzionanti. Pienamente soddisfatti, se dovessi essere nuovamente in zona la sceglieremmo di nuovo!

We had a great stay at this lovely 3-bedroom villa in San Damiano. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was peaceful and perfect for exploring the area. Everything went smoothly—would happily stay again!

Una bella casa comoda, ampia e pulita. miranda e suo figlio sono stati molto disponibili e gentili. La vista sul mare splendida, area tranquilla in un ottima posizione.

Giorgio was a wonderful host from the questions prior to booking to the final check out He has a wonderful home, it really felt like we were staying in his home. My wife and I stayed for a week with our two children. We loved everything about our stay from the pool, the views and the gardens. The villa has everything to offer and Giorgio and his mum great is on check in. We created so many memories and had some much laughter during our stay. The train station was a 15 minute drive and we got the train to Rome twice. Giorgio was so helpful, from all the tips and local information to getting some food for us before we arrived to stock the fridge. This really was one of my most memorable holidays, it was a shame to have had to leave. Thank you Giorgio for lending your home to us we hope we looked after it for you.

We loved our stay at Heathers place. Great communication and close to everything we wanted to see. Beautiful little village and although the house is 400 years old it still has all the mod cons required Amazing outdoor space with large table

Comunicazione ottima, posizione molto comoda della villa che mantiene tuttavia la riservatezza e tranquillità. Ci sono tutte le comodità necessarie a una permanenza di diversi giorni. Esperienza da ripetere!!

"Il Colle" è la soluzione giusta per chi cerca pace e tranquillità. Gli ambienti a disposizione sono caldi, ampi e funzionali. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili, la comunicazione con Marco è stata facile e veloce. Grazie di cuore...Siamo stati davvero bene!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Giordano : logement impeccable avec tout le nécessaire, piscine au top, vue imprenable sur San Gemini et les alentours Un endroit super pour passer de paisibles vacances dans la campagne ombrienne

Floriana’s villa was amazing. They views were breathtaking and she went out of her way to make it special. She arranged for a wine tasting and a scavenger hunt for our kids while we tasted some of Umbria’s finest. The kitchen was great and they even provided a staff member to set up a fire so we could cook a couple of amazing steaks on an open fire outside. The pool was gorgeous and the grounds were perfect for us to take walks in the AM and even open space for our kids to play. There was plenty of room inside and you could easily have two families of 5 each feel comfortable. Floriana also set up a wonder pasta making class and to quote my wife - it was one of the best experiences she has had as a family on vacation.

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Abbiamo sfruttato pochissimo le potenzialità di questo appartamento, perché ci occorreva solo per un appoggio notturno ma la casa è veramente bella. Immersa in un contesto tranquillo e bucolico, arredata veramente bene. Super consigliato.

Really gorgeous apartment that is well appointed and comfortable. Bathrooms have huge showers which can be hard to find in Europe, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the views from the balcony are gorgeous. Also very convenient to be able to do laundry on a long trip with the washer and dryer. Highly recommend for families or groups of friends who might want a nice place to gather and spend some nights in cooking and socializing. Town is charming and has good restaurants and coffee bars. The surrounding countryside is beautiful!

We stayed here for two nights while taking a rest day on the Via Francigena. The apartment is large enough that with just three of us, we all had lots of personal space. The hosts were kind enough to get us fans to deal with the heat, which was very much appreciated! It’s a neat spot with great outdoor spaces.

Posto incantevole, abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni e approfittato della posizione per visitare Viterbo e la vicina Orvieto. L'appartamento spazioso, caldo e molto confortevole. (abbiamo utilizzato anche il camino). Torneremo sicuramente in primavera.

We had an amazing time at Alberto & Laura's. The place was quiet, spacious, exactly like in the pictures. On arrival we were welcomed by our hosts and got some great recommendations on what to do in the area. They even shared some homemade food with us, which was so good and thoughtful. Also, the swimming pool and outside space we could use was amazing and private. Would definitely go back again, 10/10!
