Lovely home. Perfect for our needs.

We stayed at Jeanne's place as a family to visit my Dad who was moved into hospice care. The space gave our family some much needed space away from the home my Dad is in. Appreciated the toys for the littles. The location was great as it's close to Tami's restaurant and the Dairy Freeze (great little drive in) and to Gomsrud park, which is a really nice spot for the kids. It was a bit chilly while we were there but we still enjoyed the view of the lake from the deck. Word of warning - the stairs going upstairs are pretty steep so caution for little kids and elderly.

The house was great, exactly as pictured. We loved the backyard and walk down to the dock. She even let us use the paddle boards and helped us find life jackets too. Would love to come back! Highly recommend.

From the moment we stepped inside we were in love with this space. It was cozy but still spacious enough to have our own personal bubbles when necessary. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the blackstone was amazing to cook on. We loved the game selections, and we enjoyed mornings on the back deck. We loved being able to open windows and hear the birds in the trees outside. Having two full bathrooms was a blessing. Loved the location in town and no trouble with parking. There was even a city festival during our stay - thanks to April for letting us know about it! All in all, a great experience and we hope to return to the house again soon!

Laura’s Loft was so clean and beautifully appointed. We felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to rest up after a day of driving. Laura was responsive to messages and took extra effort to share information about the loft and the local area. We would definitely recommend staying here! Not only was it an incredible rate, we were nicely surprised that minimal tasks were required at checkout.

We were so excited to stay at the Hummingbird Haven while we visited our grandchildren this year. We have stayed at The Little Red Cabin and loved it. This house was even better. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed and the coffee bar is very conveniently stocked. The backyard has a cute table and chairs that you can relax in. While you are there, look for the birds that visit the feeders out back. You will love staying at the Hummingbird Haven. We wish these lovely hosts the very best in their expanding business.

Very nice and clean home with a BEAUTIFUL lake view! Easily accommodated our crew of 12. We were very happy with everything and Julie was very kind and helpful!
