Exceptional loft with its layout, its location close to all activities and its incredible view. Everything was very clear for our arrival and Kristof is super friendly which is always a plus during exchanges. In short, an incredible stay.

The apartment is really perfect! Ideally located in the heart of Rouen, it offers a pleasant calm thanks to its location in the backyard. The decoration is neat and warm. The bedding is of very good quality, guaranteeing a restful night. Even though breakfast is offered, there is a good bakery at the foot of the building. It was a short stay at the top!

The well-equipped accommodation and super nice decor corresponded to our expectations and the photos, the bed linen and towels provided small necessities for the kitchen for the arrival, very nice to be able to travel lighter We are ready to return to Romain's place without any problems as soon as our projects bring us to the region

Thank you for lovely stay at a beautiful house. the garden is definitely a bonus as are the games and ping-pong set which the children enjoyed. The house is pretty, tastefully decorated and is in a very sunny spot.

Ben and Georgie have an amazing place in a great location! I would love to tell you all that we hated it in the hopes to gatekeep it for ourselves, however that would be unfair to Ben and Georgie who were absolutely fantastic hosts. The barn has been brilliantly converted, with four great bedrooms and everything you’d need to enjoy and relax. The outdoor space was the highlight for us. Definitely worth going for the spa facilities, the jacuzzi was great and the sauna was far better than we expected. Thanks again to Ben and Georgie! We’ll definitely be visiting again!

We had a great stay at Phillipe's house. It's very spacious and accommodated our party of seven adults and two children with no problems. Lovely garden, and we enjoyed the nice warm pool and a few games of Carom billiards! Miannay is a nice quiet village, and we recommend the boucherie!

Carpe diem, as its name suggests, offers everything you could wish for a harmonious and serene stay. You feel good from the moment you arrive, the house is well designed, elegantly decorated, and down to the smallest details reveal the generosity of the welcome, a way of life... I'll let you discover them. The street is quiet, the garden designed to let the children frolic in peace, the ideal location between the main street and the sea, everything is nearby. A wonderful stay for young and old. We'll be back!

We had a very pleasant weekend, everything was there, including the sun! The house is superb, very practical and very well equipped for a weekend with friends, the garden is quiet, well maintained and very pleasant. The sea is easily accessible on foot, ideal for walks. The owner is very available when needed.
