Charming independent accommodation located on the ground floor of an 18th century house, in the town center, 16 km from the Vendée coast (20 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne). It consists of 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom (about 75 m²). Large garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Child-safe swimming pool (8 x 4 m), shared with the owners. It is reserved exclusively for hosted tenants. (the pool is open as soon as the temperature and weather conditions permit).

Independent studio of 27 m2 located in a peaceful and wooded park. We would like to point out that the room is on the Mezzanine with a fairly steep staircase access (see attached photo). Possibility of walking around a large pond where we provide a boat for a quiet moment of relaxation on the water. 3 min drive from Beaulieu sous la Roche (bakery, supermarket...), 25 min from Les Sables d'Olonne and its beaches, 1 hour from Puy du Fou and access to the GR path at the doors of the studio
