I loved Al’s river house. It was a comfy , friendly space. Great for hanging and visiting with friends. The slough is rich with color . The light is wonderful and ever changing. Really not far from delta restaurants and activities. Great bird watching and otters too! The delta is so cool!

This space is an appartment, not a house. There are other tenants in the building. It was perfect for what we needed. There is a great view of the bay. The parking is difficult if you have a vehicle, but i imagine this is the case wherever you are in the city. The hosts are lovely and incredibly helpful. The location of the apartment seemed safe and we didn't have any issues.

want to say Thank you for a great experience on my first time renting on airbnb. The house was exactly as described and made our stay so much more enjoyable. Home was emaculent and in a quiet layer back neighborhood. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay was thought of and provided. I would definatly stay here again for my next visit to Benicia.

Our family absolutely loved this home. The beds were comfy and gave us rest after busy days in the Bay. The host was responsive. Check-in instructions were easy. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We would love to stay here again during future Bay visits.

Mel’s place was wonderful! Mel communicated with us prior to our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed and provided recommendations for local restaurants. She made sure to put the lights on for us because we were coming in late in the evening. The place was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The beds were very comfortable and we slept great. Would highly recommend Mel’s place!

Our stay at Lori and Mike’s place was absolutely fantastic, and Lori truly made it unforgettable. While Mike was away on a trip, Lori went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—and more. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in creating a comfortable, personalized experience. She checked in with us just enough to make sure we were all set and shared amazing local tips that really made our trip extra special. Linda’s home in Glen Ellen was perfect! We were minutes from some great wineries and walking distance into town (restaurants, grocery store, bar, etc). The house is so inviting, we spent time reading, relaxing, and enjoying the backyard. We’ll definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our Father’s Day getaway filled with lots of family giggles, swimming, sun, and the best company. The home was relaxing and exclusive. We felt like we were in the Italian countryside paired with local Napa valley wine (who could ask for more?!) located near the heart of Napa and the best restaurants/grocery. We would love to come back soon!

Our family had the most incredible weekend at Gina's beautiful home! First of all, a HEATED POOL makes all the difference, huge plus! We loved spending time in the backyard with so many beautiful outdoor areas to hangout with family, including your own private dock with a kayak! We were a little bummed the outdoor firepit wasn't working because we loved being outside so much but maybe next time. We hope to come back soon! We loved the big wooden table and big cozy couch for all 8 of us to enjoy time eating meals and playing games together! It was super convenient to have the grocery store just 6 minutes down the road as well. She was also extremely accommodating which made the stay even better!

We cannot say enough about this place. The perfect wine-tasting weekend! Exceeded expectations all around. We will stay here again!

What a lovely house! In particular we enjoyed the expansive and fully-fenced outdoor space with our doggos and kiddos - pictures don't really quite do it justice. The pool house worked as a separate nest for the teenagers, while adults used the two bedrooms in the main building. Location is pretty perfect, with just a 5min drive to Sonoma downtown and easy access to main roads. Our host was extremely communicative, and even helped return an item we forgot at the house promptly and without delay. Hope to visit again!

I just had an amazing experience staying in Craig’s beautiful place (Unit 240). After a long ride over, I was happily greeted by a super clean, beautifully decorated place with high end towels and linens. Oh! and a nice array of sweets. I loved that the sun shined on both sides of the Unit and it has a little patio with chairs and table to sit and watch the world go by. Craig over communicated with me which I appreciated, even checking in with me during my stay to make sure everything was going well and to see if there was anything I needed. Silverado is a large property and this Unit is near everything. A 3-5 minute walk to: the Mansion where there’s a bar that has a mountainous view and overlooks one of the golf courses, The Grill restaurant where they serve all day, a Pro Shop, a little market with coffee, pastries, sandwiches, sundries and the swimming pool. Full service spa, gym tennis courts, bocce, pickleball are just across the street. I will definitely be back!

The Hidden Gem is what it truly is…..a hidden gem! So beautifully decorated and furnished and so private. You are surrounded by lush greenery and complete quiet except for the birds and the rooster. What you saw on line in pictures is exactly what you got. We all enjoyed every minute. Thank you again for helping to make our niece’s graduation event so memorable. Nancy was great in her responsiveness. Would highly recommend.

Nice clean spot with everything you need to have a great trip. Great location and easy access to a 7-11 convenience store. Only thing they need are better pillows on the bed! The bed itself is super comfortable tho.

As a Martinez local who needed to stay here during home renovations, this place was everything I wanted. It's well located in the town and tucked into a lovely private cul-de-sac. The home is spacious and thoughtfully furnished. Rachel is incredibly helpful without every being intrusive. I also love knowing I'm renting from a local, rather than a property management group. The house itself is squeaky clean and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment. The yard is relaxing and perfect for my dogs. Truly the ONLY complaint I could possibly think of is that the downstairs shower only seems to get regular boiling hot, not utterly scalding the way I love. If you're thinking about it, this is the place to stay.

My stay here was a 10/10! The house was perfect just as pictured. It was a very peaceful and quiet getaway. Will definitely book again in the future. Thanks for providing such a lovely place.

Wilbert's guest house is super nice. It was larger than I thought. I usually think of a guest house as a studio, this is more like a one bedroom house with separate bedroom, bath, kitchen and living space. For me, I was so happy that it is all electric, meaning there is no cancer causing, brain cell killing, gas stove (google it!). And what's more, it's powered by the sun thanks to the solar panels. This unit was super clean! The bed is comfy, the kitchen well adorned. There's is a washer and dryer, though we did not use it. Fenced yard for our dog. Parking is in the driveway and well lit. Its a great place to stay for long or short term and Forrest is super helpful and communicates well!

This little, cozy place was perfect for us. My husband and I came in for a long weekend. We were attending my aunt’s memorial service and celebration of life. Our flight got in early that day, and Andrea allowed us to check in early. The grounds were covered with the most beautiful lavender bushes. We at breakfast on the table just outside the room to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The place was cozy and perfect — one bedroom, plus a very comfy pullout sofa. We cooked twice in the efficient kitchen with an induction range! 👍🏼 Andrea was the best host: friendly, accommodating and very quick to respond. He even cut us a fresh bouquet of lavender to take to the service. So thoughtful. I would stay here again next time I’m in the area. Thanks for a great stay, Andrea.
