Cozy Cottage on South Shore. 30 min from Halifax!

A very cozy and peaceful place to base any vacation on the South Shore out of. Very close to hiking and ATV trails. No visible neighbors from the yard, lots of wildlife. Large parking areas. Interior is a mixture of new and re purposed materials. Appliances are small but functional, all the comforts of home but smaller. Double bed is incredibly comfortable. The Hull House: modern beauty on quiet ocean cove

Our vacation at Hull House was amazing! Surpassed our expectations: a fantastic view, very private, and wildlife was in abundance including ducks, geese, deer and an occasional seal. Location was perfect and accessible to so many beautiful areas of Nova Scotia. We enjoyed the kayaking daily right off the dock, as well as cycling the Dynamite Trail from the front door. Amazing and responsive host, the home was well equipped and so very clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend the Hull House!!!

We spent a week in June in this beautiful apartment. You should definitely stay here for several days. The apartment is sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. There is even a yoga mat and an umbrella. For rainy days, puzzle books and puzzles are available, which you can enjoy while looking out the window. There are many excursion options for hiking, swimming and walking in the surrounding area. There are plenty of restaurants and all are within walking distance. The supermarket is also just behind the corner. Chris even offers coffee and tea. There are plenty of spices in the well-equipped kitchen so you can start cooking or grilling right away. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner and washing lotion, so the overseas traveler does not have to pack liquids! Absolutely recommended!!!

We really enjoyed the view from the deck and the living room . This place is a GEM . Having the beautiful view of the bay and yachts , being so close to the water made our stay that much more enjoyable . The apartment was nicely furnished and well equipped . It was perfect for a short or long stay and we would love to come back again .
