It has 2 acres of mature woodland adjacent to 1000 acres of forestry with miles of footpaths and bridleways suitable for both walkers and cyclists alike! Romantic riverside rural & idyllic, dog friendly.

Next to a detached house down a private drive set in gorgeous location with 7 acres of land with river frontage & a ruined priory all yours to explore when you stay. People are always suprised on arrival saying it is bigger than it looks. The studio has an open plan kitchen & living area & separate bathroom with some very STEEP STEPS up to a sleeping platform. Cosy RUSTIC atmospheric space with a Jotul wood burner to keep you toasty & all the facilities you need. Lots to explore for visitors.

The cottage has been recently restored and furnished to a very high standard. It has a new kitchen and new bathrooms, full central heating and a wood-burning stove.
