The pools and mini-golf course are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; the other amenities are open year-round. * Northside Park - Winterfest Light Festival, launch kayaks or visit the playgrounds. Things to know: * No Pet, No Smoking, No Parties. * Parking is available for two cars in the driveway. * Must be 25 or older to rent this home. Be prepared to show identification. * Access to the home has four steps. * This home has a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. * This home resides in a noise-sensitive area there is a noise ordinance in effect in Ocean City. It is unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. Our rowhouse is direct OCEAN front and steps from the beach. Walk in on ground level and up to beachfront. Go up one more level to two large bedrooms, one with stunning direct ocean front views. Watch for dolphins and whales from the upstairs balcony or stay downstairs and watch the kids play outside the backdoor. The ocean is just on the other side of the sand dune. Oceanhaven is located in the low density stretch of Ocean City, with the least crowded and widest sections of beach.
