Townhouse holiday rentals in Maryland Beach

We had a great time for a girl's weekend and will return. The house was spacious and close to the beach, stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the outdoor patio on the third floor to relax. It's a comfortable home, tucked away in a quiet and very friendly neighborhood but close to everything you need. Very enjoyable!

We loved our stay in Dewey Beach, the home was a great location near the beach and great shops and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need and more to make our stay feel right at home. We'll definitely stay here again when in Dewey!

At least 5 stars in every respect. Had everything a person could want; hosts really thought of everything! They cheerfully accommodated all inquiries, very promptly. Everything about it shows they care. Loved the view from the top floor balcony especially. Beach was pretty and barely saw anyone else there, our favorite kind of beach. Can see the sunrise and sunset colors!

Perfect! We had a wonderful week in Bethany Beach! Mike’s place had ample room for our family four. It was super quiet and conveniently located. The parking pass and nearby trolley stops made beach access a breeze. We will definitely stay again!

Sherri’s place is awesome and the community and surroundings are beautiful. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need for cooking. The deck is such a plus, with the view of the pond and the ducks, as well as the private little beach. The community is very friendly and walkable, and the different options for pools were very fun for us to explore. Taking walks in the morning was amazing. It is very close to Bethany “downtown” and 6 min drive to the beach. You can also walk or take the tram. I had a great time with my kids and would definitely recommend and come back!

Michael's place was in the perfect location. Just minutes from beautiful Rehoboth Beach. l would highly recommend this very spacious paradise.

This place felt just like home. House was very clean other then the floors, which had sand on them but being at the beach that is expected. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful for the most part. Lot to do with in walking distance. The bar in the garage was perfect for hanging out and relaxing. The only downfall to this place is the views(not very good beach views) but other then that we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Travis made sure to have toilet paper and paper towels delivered so we wouldn't run out and was very quick at responding when we were sent the wrong check in code.

Christie was incredibly helpful and nice! I booked her home super last min and I was able to get right in. Big plus was having many channels on the tv for the evenings (those who book beach spots know many places have some random package) she had network TV (great for my niece!) A gem of a location as well! Would 100% return.

This place is excellent! Norberto is a great host. Answered every question in a timely fashion. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Is pretty much close to many restaurants and entertainment. Area is very quiet and peaceful.

Best place for get away! Excellent location that’s within five minutes to everything (beach, boardwalk, plenty of dining and entertainment options, shops …) but so private and quiet with stunning views with tons of space. The kayak launching dock is only 200 feet away and the water is only 1-4 feet deep for the most part - my family loves it! The view and amenities from all three floors of the townhouse are all great. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils and seasonings. With each bedroom having its own private bath, it is perfect for a get away. Host also communicates very well and very responsive. Only positive things to say and will surely come back again…

The house was beautiful and in a great location! It was wonderful with young families to be able to walk to the pool and the neighborhood was very nice. Close to shops and restaurants, and overall a very comfortable home.

Location, Location, Location! Being down the street from the beach allowed everyone in our party to spend as much or as little time at the beach as desired. Clean, well-stocked, parking, easy instructions. Highly recommended.

the home was beautiful, quiet, orderly. we stopped at the wrong 13450 first and was confused we couldn't find 17.....we were in DE still. it was funny as we searched and finally realized we needed to go a few more feet to MD. I would definitely stay again.

Very clean, private, & quiet. Great for a family. Host was extremely responsive. They even were able to let us check in a couple hours early! 10/10 would book here again !

This place was wonderful. Me, my husband and 3 kids had a great time. We used the beach toys and the kayaks were awesome! My kids loved them! The decks were great to sit on and unwind when the kids were in bed! The house literally has everything you need. It was a little outdated like the shower and some furniture but we loved it because we felt relaxed and the kids could be kids, unlike a place that’s super new and you’re scared the kids will break expensive things. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Nicole was super responsive too! Great stay and wonderful memories made.

Great place - perfect for a family of four. Beautiful all seasons bonus room. Spacious master bath. Quiet neighborhood with walkability to friendly breakfast diner and other restaurants. Recommend.

Great experience from the start. We were in need of a place last minute Due to an issue with a hotel booking and Chris picked up and said his place was available and we could head over within the hour. Place was spotless great spot with plenty of room in the townhouse. Parking was perfect for my 2 vehicles. Easy walk to the beach and was within walking distance of numerous restaurants and stores. Highly recommend Chris great host will be booking with him again in the future!

Kristy was very nice and was quick and responsive to my messages leading up to our stay. The airbnb was so close to the water with basically direct access to the beach. The area was safe and walkable. It exceeded my expectations, especially for the reasonable price for such a nice area in this busy time of summer. 100% would stay again.

This place was great. Top floor with two levels, so super unique. Views are outstanding. Has everything you need. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

My family & I absolutely loved our stay at Maureen’s place in OCMD! We booked her place earlier in the year as something to look forward to when our kiddos were out of school. What a way to kick off the summer! A week prior to our stay, Maureen had reached out to let us know that the construction that was supposed to be done prior, had not yet been completed. She was so pleasant & accommodating & gave us options to stay at a discounted rate or to cancel & reschedule elsewhere. In fact, her family member had dropped off a fan for us prior to our stay! We are so thankful we stayed! Great spot on the bay with so many memories made for our kiddos taking our boat out. Kiddos loved their sleeping areas, fantastic community and easy access to the whole beach scene. Any questions I had, Maureen was super quick in responding. Kids had a great time fishing off the dock with rods there. We’ll be back next year!

Great place for a quick family getaway! Walking distance of boardwalk and beaches along with nearby coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping! Quiet, safe, and friendly neighborhood! Loved our stay and would return in future!

We would love to stay again! They communicated well and it had enough space for everyone to move around and minutes to get wherever you wanted. We had a wonderful time!

Jeff was an amazing host and was always ready to answer any questions or help if there where any issues. Our crew enjoyed staying there for the last 3 months. House was very nice. Would highly recommend staying with Jeff. We will definitely come back if we are in the area in the future.
