Underground Apartment - Poznań, Old Town

We invite you to our place on earth, and literally a little under... where you can rest comfortably, sleep at night and during the day, if you feel like it. We offer a comfortable apartment, unique interior, relaxing bath, comfortable shared bed, a cup of coffee... In winter it is cozy and warm, and in summer it is pleasantly cool. The window in the apartment is technical, it does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people suffering from claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air handling unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers in Poznań. There is a paid guarded car park in the vicinity, and a car park under the building (paid zone A). We guarantee you a comfortable, discreet stay. We issue VAT invoices. Be our guest!!!

It is the perfect place to rest from the hustle and bustle of a big city surrounded by a river of forests and moraine hills. The cottage is perfect for people who want to admire the beautiful views and sounds of birds. The surrounding areas encourage walking and the nearby hills, forests and fields for cycling trips. By the river, anglers can pursue their passion by fishing for beautiful specimens, and those who like water can enjoy water sports.

Stara Kuźnia - A cottage in the Noteć Forest

Do you dream of taking a break from the hustle and bustle of the city? How about replacing the noise of cars with the sound of the forest and the view of the lazy flowing Warta River? We offer a cozy 5-person cottage with an attic bedroom for 3 people and a sofa bed in the living room for two people (or an extra bed for a child up to 3 years of age). A fully equipped kitchen, where in addition to the gas hob you will find an old fuel kitchen, the so-called English kitchen, if someone wanted to bake bread on their own, and more.

We invite you to our house with a garden. Downstairs, there is a living room with a fireplace, a dining room with a large table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. In the attic there is one large room and a bathroom with a shower. The house is located in a quiet area, close to Lake Rusałka, 6 km from the center, 300 m to the bus stop. We provide bicycles. In the garden, you can relax on the terrace and have a barbecue. There is a sandbox and a playhouse for children. Parking for 2 cars. Wi-Fi available.

Hof Sandsee, Entspannung in der Natur

Hof Sandsee liegt im Waldgebiet Puszcza Notecka. Kiefernwälder wechseln sich hier ab mit den Flussauen der Warte und den sanften Hügeln der Seenlandschaft. Endlose Waldwege laden ein zum Wandern, Reiten, Radeln und Kutschenfahren. Für Pilz und Heidelbeersammler ist es ein wahres Paradies. Auf dem Hof Sandsee wird Reittherapie auf Inlandspferden angeboten. Der Sandsee liefert Gelegenheit zum Baden und Angeln. Das Gästehaus bietet Ihnen absolute Ruhe und Erholung in einer traumhaften Umgebung.

Marylin Turkus Station

We brought two railway cars to the middle of the forest - the Noteć Forest. We named them Turkus and Magenta. Turkus was created in 1939. Since 1984, it has served as a technical wagon and until 2022 it ran on tracks. Magenta was created in 1972 and also ran as a technical wagon until 2022. We have renovated the beautiful old wagons and converted them into unusual, rare accommodation. We kept the arched ceilings, surrounded the steel skeleton with wood and added new colors.

Red House

This cottage built in 2025 in American style is really special. It is located directly on a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling are provided by a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a magnificent view of the pond but also the countryside around it.

We invite you to Biała, a peaceful oasis in the heart of the Noteć Forest, where time flows more slowly, and the surrounding forest and lake bring you into a state of complete relaxation. Our cottage, surrounded by nature, is the perfect place to relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Right next to it there are forest paths for walks and cycling adventures, and the noise-free Biała Lake invites you to swim, go kayaking and surf on SUPs.
