This place has been extremely charming for thousands of years, attracting people who willingly settled here, taking advantage of the benefits of the nearby, forests and river. This fact is confirmed by the discovery, during the construction of the resort, of traces of two settlements that functioned here in prehistoric times. You will relax and experience beautiful moments with us.

It is the perfect place to rest from the hustle and bustle of a big city surrounded by a river of forests and moraine hills. The cottage is perfect for people who want to admire the beautiful views and sounds of birds. The surrounding areas encourage walking and the nearby hills, forests and fields for cycling trips. By the river, anglers can pursue their passion by fishing for beautiful specimens, and water lovers can enjoy water sports.

Hof Sandsee, relaxation in nature

Hof Sandsee is located in the forest area Puszcza Notecka. Pine forests alternate here with the riverside views of the Warte and the rolling hills of the lake landscape. Endless forest trails invite you to hike, horseback riding, bike and carriage ride. For mushroom and blueberry collectors, it is true paradise. On the farm Sandsee, riding therapy is offered on domestic horses. The Sandsee provides an opportunity for swimming and fishing. The guest house offers you absolute peace and recreation in a fantastic environment.

A 60-meter apartment - located on the first floor of a single-family house. The modern style of the apartment combined with traditional elements creates the perfect whole for 2-4 people, and all the amenities for guests are provided to feel at home. Water Hideout - Right-Side Luxury Floating Stay

A place where mystery meets luxury and every moment becomes your secret. It's an oasis of peace and tranquility, accessible only to those seeking something more. At the edge of wild nature and water, time ceases to exist and the space belongs entirely to you and your closest ones. In this sanctuary, you can immerse in silence, and celebrate moments that will forever remain in this magical place. Whatever happens in here stays here, etched only in the rustle of trees and whispers of the wind.

Marylin Turkus Station

We brought two train wagons into the middle of the forest - Notec Forest. We named them Turquoise and Magenta. Turquoise was built in 1939. Since 1984, it served as a technical wagon and used to ride the tracks until 2022. Magenta was built in 1972 and also drove as a technical wagon until 2022. We have renovated the beautiful old wagons and converted into quirky, sparse accommodations. We have preserved arched ceilings, the steel skeleton has been surrounded by wood and added new colours.

Red House

This cottage, built in the American style in 2025, is truly special. It is directly adjacent to a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling is done by means of a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a magnificent view of the pond but also the surrounding countryside.

Sieraków - Land of 100 Lakes

A separate apartment is available on the 2nd floor of the house. The house is located in the center of Sieraków, located on the edge of the Noteć Forest. Jaroszewskie Lake is located 3 km from the city. The village is located in the Land of 100 Lakes and the Sieraków Landscape Park, numerous bicycle trails, a good place for those who like peace and quiet. Travel time: Poznań - 1 hour 15 minutes Szczecin - 2 hours Wrocław - 2 hours 45 minutes Berlin - 3 hours 15 minutes
