Our host welcomed us warmly… showed us around the house and was discreet throughout the stay but very responsive to our spontaneous requests. We recommend …. Very clean and very well-equipped house… It is the ideal place to spend a stay with family or friends in a quiet place but also close to amenities... And many visits to the surrounding area. The possibility of playing petanque, playing darts, or even playing volleyball in the pool with quality equipment enhance the stay of young and old... the living room and the rooms equipped with televisions offer everyone the possibility of relaxing in front of a movie, a mission or other... The plancha corner and its facilities are perfect for pleasant moments shared over a drink. Really... everything is great...!!! We'll go back. Thank you Emilie

We really enjoyed our stay with Erick and Isabelle - they are wonderful hosts who made us feel very welcome, including organising a tasting of local Corbières wines, and a separate vinegar tasting. The house is beautiful, and very well equipped - for dinner, we could take our pick between bbqing outside on the terrace or cooking in the kitchen. For swimming, we were spoilt for choice, able to swim in the pool as well as in the river below the house. The countryside around the house is great for walks (and the nearby village is easily walkable), but it is quite remote, so a car is needed to get around, and to visit almost any of the nearby sights beyond the village. It was an amazing holiday, and having this great place to stay was a really important part of it!

A rural delight in the heart of the French countryside. Excellent shady gardens and nearby tracks for dog walking. The hamlet is small but various villages close by have restaurants and shops with good quality local produce. The house itself is a converted winery with many of the wine tank features still in place. It’s full of character! The hosts were charming and neighbourly, and welcomed us with a bottle of the excellent local wine. Frederick speaks good English and is an excellent guide to the local eateries. This was a really comfortable and enjoyable stay for ourselves and our dog.

Perfect little green oasis in a quiet area, everything is well thought out, with quality services, very welcoming and available hosts while being discreet. Very well located to visit the region and Luiza will be happy to advise you on activities and hikes from the cottage. Really nothing to complain about, we would have liked this stay to continue longer! Maybe next time...
