The accommodation is complete indoors, terraces and gardens for guests, there are no common areas. I will be available 24 hours a day. Lovely cosy studio in original 200 years old finca. Cesar Manrique style with an eukalyptus tree in the middle of the court yard. Located in the village La Asomada (Tias) out of the tourist area. Very quiet and close to the volcanic and wine area. Perfect who looks for an unique and quiet vacations. Privat bathroom, coffee maker, hot water maker and fridge. Smart TV, WiFi. A small kitchen is provided in the court yard to share with other guest. New renovated in June 23, with high quality furn.

The 50m2 studio shares land with our house but is completely independent with an entrance and private garden, for the exclusive enjoyment of guests. It is perfect for two people with all the amenities they need. The open space, with a bedroom, bathroom and living room /kitchen overlooking the garden, highlighting the large windows that allow the space to be extended to the outside. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower, bath towels, and beach towels.
