From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. New funky cabin near Herand on the Solsiden of Hardangerfjord. The cabin has 1 bedroom, sofa bed in the living room, kitchen and living room in one. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a refrigerator and a dining area with a fjord view. Out on the balcony one can enjoy panoramic fjord views and listen to the wind or the birds. Sleeping arrangements with room for 4 - 5 kids or 3 adults, also the loft with stunning fjord views. Toilet/bath with shower and washing machine. P accommodates 2 cars. Sun all day and evening sun:)

Solbakken Mikrohus

The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken- tunet- Os. In front of the house is Galleri Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden which is always open to the general public. Around the house, goats graze, and you overlook some free range hens, and some alpacas across the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the tranquility. There are also great hiking trails close by.
