Holiday rentals with a patio in Masham

We had a lovely stay at Earl’s place for the weekend - great base for the wedding we were attending! Great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance and super hosts who left so many little touches - especially the cake, thank you!

David was the perfect host from start to finish. Excellent communication. Flat was a home from home and great value. Plenty of room to spread out. Peaceful neighbourhood and a lovely walk into town through a treelined walk. Darlington had great amenities too. I would definitely stay again without a doubt.

We had a great week in this flat and would definitely return , Pubs & restaurants on your doorstep and a great balcony to sit out on and watch the world go by. Also Nick our host is a nice guy .

Brilliant apartment in a great location. It had everything we needed and was a great space to spend the weekend in. Zoe was really proactive and responsive, and made all the admin around our stay very easy. 10/10 would stay again.

We had the best stay. Shelia responded straight away when I txt her to say there was no tv reception and she sorted it very quickly. The scones were delicious as was the jam and cream to go with them. The whole flat was so cosy and comfortable. Parking was very easy also. Very close to Knaresborough town centre and a good walking distance away. You can adjust the heating very easily if cold. I would 100% stay here again. The stairs to get down to the flat are quite steep so just be weary of this if you struggle with steps but I have MS and I managed without too much trouble. The bed is also so comfortable. My husband had I had a great night sleep. 😀

We had a lovely 1 night stay at the Ebor Suite and wished it was for longer. Beautiful decor and everything you need for a short stay. Great detailed instruction for check in. Close to a co-op if you need a few supplies and plenty of restaurants and takeaways. We would certainly return and would recommend to others.

We were here for an overnight stay for a wedding nearby, let us check in a bit earlier to get ready for it, didnt spend alot of time there but its a really lovely home very spacious and the beds were comfortable

Wow what a wonderful place to stay!! Beautiful house with everything we needed. Beds were so comfy and bathrooms spotless. Tracey was quick to respond and couldnt have been more helpful if she tried. Haworth was amazing and so was our stay at Tracy's place.

Kizzie’s place is absolutely gorgeous and was perfect for my husband and I. Didn’t need the car at all and the centre is just a few minutes walk away. Lots of bars, cafes, restaurants to choose from and lovely little shops to browse in. We went to the cinema too which is a few minutes walk away and had a lot of character. Beautiful surroundings, lovely walks down the canal or sit in Kissie’s garden. Bed was so comfy and we slept so well. We will definitely visit again. Thank you!

Had a lovely stay at the Granary Lodge. It was central to where we needed to be and easy to reach. The space was lovely and we were so happy to come back in the evenings to relax by the fire with a drink and some biscuits. Thank you so much!

Highly recommend! Really friendly and accommodating hosts. It was so peaceful, the location is really lovely! Felt like a cosy little retreat! I mentioned it was my husband’s birthday and we were greeted with a lovely cold bottle of white wine which was such a lovely touch! We enjoyed it outside in the sun listening to the birds. Everything you need in a stay.

Silvia made our stay absolutely wonderful. She was very informative from the start. The home was very well maintained, clean and very tidy. We celebrated our anniversary during our stay and the personal added touches made a great start to our weekend away. Very thoughtful! The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The manual was very helpful and listed everything we needed to know about local amenities, aswel as having leaflets on what York had to offer. Would million percent recommend this host and there beautiful home. The home was in a good location and also offered parking. Check in and out was very easy and we had a very lovely time in York thanks to the amazing hosting of Silvia. Don't hesitate to book your stay here. Lovely little cottage tucked away with beautiful views surrounding it. A bit tricky to find as the sat nav stopped before the actual road we needed to turn down, however Jo’s clear instructions really helped. Cosy, lovely cottage. The steps are really steep up to the bedrooms though so be mindful of that. We went with our 4yr old who just loved climbing up them as she thought it was an adventure, and we just brought our baby gate to put at the top for in the night. Pately Bridge is a 10min drive away, although I would advise bringing food with you as shopping options are quite limited in the small town. Be mindful there is no microwave in the kitchen as well for food prep/baby bottles etc. Jo was a lovely host, she sent through a full brochure for us before the trip with lots of local info on. We ate at the Sportman’s Arms about 15min drive from the house as well, which I would highly recommend, also suggested by Jo. Would recommend Jo’s place for anyone wanting a relaxing stay.

Such a wonderful home for our one night. We wished it could have been for longer. Everything you could want, comfy beds, great showers, neat kitchen. Dogs loved it too!

We had a wonderful stay in Masham. Spotless house, lovely hot tub and great location in the market square. Just a bit noisy with a pub being next door but it was a bank holiday. Overall, great place!

We had a great stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet. The location was great and walkable to the York sites. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again if we are in York again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shambles Secret. Jenny proved to be a first class host, who went above and beyond to make her guests happy; we cannot thank her enough. The flat was exactly as depicted in the pictures, lovely and cosy and a real home from home. We slept really well, and although the flat is right in the centre of York, it was remarkably quiet. We enjoyed our time in the flat as much as we did sightseeing in fabulous York. Shambles Secret really is right where you want to be, EVERYTHING was within walking distance. Absolutely stunning property with everything you would need for a stay away already in place! It’s just as it looks in the images, very spacious, absolutely stunning bathrooms and full functioning kitchen with all the cutlery and dishes you need! Loved the guest book with all details and instructions for our stay! Can very much tell the host has a lot of attention to detail! Every part of the space was so well thought out, aesthetically pleasing, whilst also being highly functional! I will definitely be looking to book again for my next trip to Harrogate!

This is a fabulous rental. It is beautifully appointed inside and spotlessly clean and tidy. It’s in a very quiet spot with verdant outside space and close to the buzzy pub and restaurant scene in Headingley as well as being within striking distance of Leeds city centre. Jo could not have been more helpful in terms of accommodating us and making us feel immediately at home.

This was our second stay at Sue's: it was perfect for our needs - a cosy home from home with everything you could possibly need provided. Sue was just as friendly, welcoming and responsive a host as the first time around. We would recommend without hesitation!

Outstanding! For two travellers Eleanor's quiet haven in York is a gem. Location is ideal being easy walking to/from the hubbub of central York with an elegant setting in leafy quiet retreat after our busy days within the city walls. Furnished tastefully with a period feel, though modern in layout and fit out. Attention to detail with everything awaiting our stay was exceptional.

We had a lovely stay. The property was small & cosy with everything we needed. Great location just far enough to be peaceful but easy to reach the centre of Knaresborough & the waterside. Chris gave great recommendations for local food & drinks & we loved the Mitre for food & had a great night with live music in Track & Sleeper just next door. Loved the view from our bedroom window, we saw a deer & woke up to the birds singing! The staircase took a bit of getting used to 😀 but I loved it!!
