Place was as described. Very roomy. In good location - a little bit noisy, but that is what you get if you want to stay in city center - no different than other places we have stayed on lower floors in city center.

I’m a Chinese student at Kozminski University, and this apartment has been incredibly convenient for me.. It takes only 20–25 minutes to get to campus by tram, and the location is excellent. We lived here for almost 5 months. There are several supermarkets nearby, four gyms within walking distance, and the neighborhood is very quiet and respectful. As an international student, I felt very welcome here — I never experienced any form of discrimination. If you’re a student or young people, I highly recommend staying here. The photos don’t fully capture the charm of the apartment — there’s a lovely little park just downstairs that’s perfect for walks, and right next to it is one of the best ice cream shops in Warsaw!

I stayed at Susan's place for over a month, and it was totally worth it! The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and has everything one needs for a long stay (even more, honestly). I also liked the location: a nice and quiet residential area, grocery stores nearby, and very close to the metro and tram stations. It takes you around 15-20 minutes to get to the city center and the old town. Susan herself was a great host, always ready to communicate and adjust to the changing schedule. I highly recommend this flat!

Excellent location and a BEAUTIFUL flat! I felt right at home. The host was super helpful and quick to respond. Definitely worth renting if you are coming to Lublin!

This studio really is a gem! My partner and I felt right at home during our stay, also because the small flat really feels cozy without sacrificing any functionality. Communication with Tomasz was clear and effortless. Would come back anytime!

Wonderful stay at Hugons place. The space was light and airy, very clean and beautifully decorated. Newly installed air con units were amazing and really helped make us comfortable during a heat wave. Hugon was very quick to respond to any messages and was very accommodating, checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. Location was superb, very short walk to old town and to many of the museums. Perfect Airbnb!

We’ve stayed at this place multiple times and it’s always been a great experience! The apartment is super clean, cozy, and just like in the photos. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. We’d definitely come back again and highly recommend it to others!

Mariola and Anna's place was great, especially given the price. It was in a perfect location right on the wall of the Old Town with lots of restaurants, bars, and outdoor activities within walking distance. Both were incredibly responsive. The only things I would mention is the WiFi can be spotty at times, so I wouldn't recommend their place if planning on working remotely unless that is rectified, and the address they give (as written) does not pull up properly in Bolt, Uber, or Google Maps. Otherwise, very little to complain about and I'd absolutely stay there once again if they would have me!

Perfect Base for a Sports Week or Remote Wok in Warsaw! Instead of splurging on a hotel downtown, my brother and I stayed in this gem of a 2-bedroom flat perfectly located between the city center and Lake Nieporęt (where our triathlon began!). The apartment is on the 6th floor of a modern, gated complex—quiet, ultra-safe, and filled with natural light. Inside, it felt like home. Spotless, fully equipped (yes—even salt, pepper, and oil!), with everything in working order. A massive balcony was our go-to spot to unwind after training and enjoy the sunshine. I also worked remotely for two days—the Wi-Fi was fast and the main room had a spacious desk setup. Shops and restaurants are just a short walk away, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and flexible with check-in/out to fit our flights. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, secure, and real warsaw experience.

Despite being winter, the warm atmosphere made the place feel cozy and inviting. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Tomasz’s parents, whose kindness and hospitality made our stay truly special. They were incredibly friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The house exceeded our expectations—it was spacious, beautifully decorated with vintage pieces from the 1970s, and full of entertainment options. It was the perfect place to both unwind and have fun, whether we were relaxing in the Jacuzzi and sauna or exploring the themed room and playroom. It was a truly wonderful stay!

Great apartment in the heart of Warsaw. You can walk to the center or train station, lots of modern restaurants and interesting places. The apartment was clean, had a lot of lighting zones which I really liked, very comfortable bed and toilet :) Communication was easy , the host was very helpful and always in touch. Regards

Our stay was extremely pleasant for the short time we were in the city. The proximity to both the airport and center city was more than ideal with tram stops right outside. Nights were rough with city noise and the beds were on the harder side. Communication was super easy and response time was great. Lots of recommendations during check in to make us feel comfortable in new surroundings. There is no elevator in the building and there are 4 sets of stairs spanning 2 floors to reach the apartment. Overall, no regrets on the stay and will definitely return to the city!

This is the second time I have stayed here. The apartment is nice, spacious and clean in a very quiet area. Had everything we needed, with easy and flexible check in. Also, great location, more local area near tram, bus and great restaurants. If you are looking for a nice quiet place, this is definitely the spot. Will stay again next time I am back in Warsaw.

The cabinet under the sink needs to be repaired, at first I felt a little uncomfortable about the walls letting in the sound, but later I was used to it. advice for the future the ability to make tea really changes a lot. the bed was quite comfortable for a sofa bed.
