The perfect place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Lots of space in the garden and in a home that exceeded our expectations. We could find everything we needed during the trip.

The house is wonderful – cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The location is a big plus: peaceful, surrounded by forest, and with no neighbors nearby, which makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house is well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One of the biggest advantages for us was that pets are allowed – it made our trip even more enjoyable. A couple of minor downsides: the terrace was dirty upon arrival, and unfortunately, the jacuzzi wasn’t working during our stay. Hopefully, these things will be improved, because everything else was great. We’d definitely love to come back!

It was a wonderful adventure in a beautiful cottage in the countryside, full of charm and atmosphere. At first glance, it delighted with its unique atmosphere — cozy, tastefully decorated, with wooden accents and a fantastic veranda, where we spent the evenings :) The hot tub and pool were a fantastic addition that allowed you to fully relax — especially in the evenings, when you could admire the starry sky. Beautiful fields and forests stretched out all around, perfect for long walks. And those storks that live next to the cottage - they really made an impression! Their presence added an amazing, idyllic atmosphere to this place. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for peace, closeness to nature and a bit of luxury in the bosom of nature. I'll definitely be back!

The landlord was very flexible with the check-in time and made it so much easier for us to start the weekend. The house is a dream! We couldn't get enough of the indoor and outdoor pools. The sauna was also used extensively. The furnishings in the house are great, we didn't miss anything. And the friendliness of the landlord has been going on throughout the weekend. He was very easy to reach when I had a question and always helpful. Thank you very much and I hope that we will have another opportunity to be guests here.

We spent a family Easter holiday in a home with nothing missing. We were 12 people and we could easily fit . Easy check-in, very good communication… and a really beautiful neighborhood for walking. Storking a nest with tenants just adds to the charm of the place. We recommend it wholeheartedly .

Everything was great, the ambiance was vintage, clean, full-equipped. Garden was amazing, I hirely recomment Kamil's place, especially in the winter.

The house is located in a quiet and peaceful place, 3.3 km from the border with Warsaw. 7 minutes from the house there is a beautiful park for walking and relaxing with playgrounds. A large yard with the opportunity to park a car, jump on a trampoline, sit at a large table after cooking a delicious barbecue or light a fire and sit on the stumps around it. Miroslav greeted us warmly and showed us everything we were interested in. The house is 120 years old and renovated in an antique style. At the same time, you feel comfortable in it and there is a warm atmosphere. The hostess left a delicious pie baked by her on the table, there was also mineral water. It was cool outside this week, but the heating was working in the house and it was comfortable. I recommend this house for a family vacation and we will definitely come back there again. Thank you to the hosts.

We rented the house for a family gathering with a larger group (more than 20 people), which was served by a catering company on the culinary side. We and our guests , who stayed for 1-2 nights, really enjoyed the house. The house is very functional and you can feel like you are in your own home, and its location provides a lot of privacy and breath from the noise of the city. A large plot of greenery, beautiful trees and flowers invites you to enjoy outdoor relaxation, and there is also a place to play ball, or have breakfast outdoors, also using the grill on the terrace. We all said that we would love to stay longer and think about it when we look here again. Contacting hosts is cordial and impeccable. I highly recommend THIS HOME! :-)

Quiet neighborhood, perfect for a break from the noise of the city. Great renovation of the old house, cozy interiors, is a vinyl adaptor, like when you were a child. The house also has a small, dry sauna for 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a barbecue and fire pit in the backyard. The bale and sauna work and are a great addition to your stay. However, it's a good idea to keep in mind that there is an additional fee, payable on site. The package functions easily to a temperature of -5°C, while with larger frosts (approx. -20°C) its operation is not guaranteed. The host of the house was like a good grandmother – always close, ready to fulfill any wish - thank you :) She could have been approached with any request and question. She was attentive to any needs and always came to help.

A very cozy, atmospheric home that recalls childhood memories. Well-equipped – there was coffee, tea, spices, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwasher tablets, lots of plates and silverware – nothing was missing. On cold days, we lit the fireplace and enjoyed the heat and the crack of wood. The house was really warm, the water was hot, the shower with good pressure. The house has a fenced, green backyard with furniture and a grill. Very kind, helpful, always in touch. Contact-free check-in and checkout are a great option. A few things to know: only one bedroom is locked, top is contracted, no door; steep stairs can be a challenge for children or seniors; traffic can be heard in the morning; small fridge; very soft mattresses. The perfect place if you are looking for peace, nature and proximity to the city – a beautiful old town within walking distance.

If you coming get some barbecue because there is amazing grill. Clean towels and bedsheets and kitchen stuff and so much more. Perfect stay before exploring Warshaw!

The perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and, for example, read a book while swinging in a hammock. The house is large, spacious and fully equipped. You can easily prepare dishes for the whole group. Contact with the hostess, Ms. Kasia, is very efficient. The price is as adequate as possible to the quality and the conditions offered. For movie fanatics, a large projector with a projector in the living room. We will definitely come back there, 10/10! I highly recommend it ;)

We had a brilliant stay here with family over New Year! The house and the barn are perfect for families, our young kids enjoyed the walks, the beds and the toys thoughtfully supplied by the host. Loved the rustic linens and wood decor. We would definitely come back, perhaps in the summer, but the serenity of the location in winter was also great - you can walk straight out into small woods and spot deer. The host was super responsive whenever we had a question or needed a recommendation.

The cottage is well equipped, there is a lot of space. The area is quiet, easy access to the cottage. The tub is heated with wood, as described, it is about 5 minutes' walk from the cottage, the water in the tub is from the pond, which the owner also informs about. Communication with the owner is very efficient, he quickly replies to messages, and also suggests what can be done in the area. A very nice option is that various herbs grow by the cottage, which you can use. The only problem is that in one room there are two tiny sofas, which according to the description are for two people (both). Unfortunately, two people have a very hard time fitting on them, you can only sleep on them in the middle, maybe for a couple or children it would be okay, two larger people will not fit. You can lie down on the couch in the living room and we took advantage of this solution. Otherwise, everything was okay and I can recommend this place to larger groups of friends or families who are looking for a nice cottage in a quiet area :)

Mateusz's house is a wonderful place to spend some time with friends or family. The beautifully decorated interior is in a loft style and is very thoughtfully arranged. The heart of the house is an ingenious sunken sofa. There is also a hot tub available, perfect for winter evenings. The kitchen is very well-equipped for cooking enthusiasts. Communication is very quick. Mateusz is a great host. I've been there twice already and highly recommend it.
