Independent accommodation with shared main gate. A few kilometers from Versilia, Forte dei Marmi and the beautiful Carrara marble quarries.

Its interior consists of a large living room with fireplace, sofa bed and large window, a double bedroom, a large bathroom with shower, a closet and a small but well-equipped kitchen.
