A short walk from UNESCO heritage monuments, this open-concept space offers a modern and welcoming atmosphere. The large living room with high ceiling, large windows and minimalist furnishings creates a unique atmosphere. Equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and mezzanine with double bed and half bathroom. Perfect for a group of friends, couples or solo travelers.

Located just a few minutes from the city and the airport, and nestled in the Bolognese countryside, the Tower of Longara combines the antiquity of the noble Caprara villa with a recent renovation, making it both comfortable and charming. The villa is divided into 4 independent housing units, spread over three floors, each with private access and parking. Two of these are the private residences. The other two are dedicated to hospitality: a Bed and Breakfast with four rooms and a Holiday Home.
