Warm welcome by Antonietta and Pasquale. Delicious welcome meal and good local bottle. Remote communication with Giuseppe is easy. Beautiful trullo in the middle of nature, very quiet, just what we were looking for. Nothing is missing in terms of interior and exterior equipment. Impeccable cleanliness. Unfortunately we couldn't see the Milky Way, the moon was too bright. Proximity to Martina Franca. Only small downside: our GPS had a little trouble finding it despite the precise directions. We asked for directions and found our way.

Available, attentive and very kind host! Authentic accommodation in a very good location in the heart of the historic center, near shops and restaurants. It's alive! And we still enjoy the calm in this little alley. A successful stay in Puglia, a beautiful region!

Adorable apartment close to the center of town. Easy communication with the host. Five minute easy walk to historic center. The place was clean and the key easy to use. I reccomend this home.

The accommodation, like the Sassi di Matera, was exceptional and made our stay idyllic. Matera is a beautiful city, timeless and very peaceful. The accommodation, which keeps a very cool temperature despite the heat outside, is very well located in the old town. It is close to all the restaurants and all the small alleys, so it is very easy to do everything on foot. Finally, Patrizia was very available and very friendly. I would recommend it in a second.

What an amazing place to stay in Matera! We absolutely loved our time at Francesco’s wonderful sassi apartment. It was stunning to stay in an actual sassi, and the atmosphere of the place was authentic as well as comfortable and beautiful style-wise. We loved the decor. The bed was comfortable and the huge bathtub in the spa area was heavenly. There are very good restaurants right by the apartment, including the one directly across the street. It was so nice having the patio right out front looking out on the incredible town of Matera. We had lunch and aperitivo out there and it was pretty heavenly. Francesco is a kind and responsive host, and we were so happy to stay at his wonderful place!

Great place, extremely private and peaceful. Charming, feels that Sergio invested his hart and soul into it. We enjoyed incredible sunsets and view. We were spending nights with red wine outside and treated ourselves with delicious barbecue. Great , peaceful energy.

We stayed in the Trulli of Analisa for four nights. It looks nice, complete and cozy. Analisa has done everything to make you feel comfortable. As a welcome, we were offered two warm muffins. It tasted delicious! Slept wonderfully in the somewhat cool Trulli but the extra blanket made it cozy. Thank you Analisa, we enjoyed it. Greetings Kitty and Odette

5 stars – absolutely perfect! Stefano and Maddalena were the best hosts we could have hoped for! Stefano was always available, incredibly friendly and truly caring. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcome and well taken care of. The location is an absolute dream, perfect for anyone looking for peace and relaxation. The property is beautifully designed, very well-equipped and maintained with great attention to detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend both Stefano, Maddalena and their amazing place. Thank you so much!

This Trullo was a gem. Rosanna met us and told us all information. The Trulli was truly a cosy house. There was everything we needed and the outdoor patio was gorgeous. Very close to lots of towns in Puglia. We stayed here for 5 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend

Cinzia and Domenico are great hosts. They took great care of us and we received a lot of useful information about the area and the tourist destinations. The trullo and the associated garden with pool are super nice and we felt right at home from the beginning. We are very grateful to have met them and will be happy to come back :-)

Sara's house is absolute perfection! My friends and I had an unforgettable stay, and the private chef and yoga experiences she helped us organize were truly exceptional. The house itself is beautifully decorated with stunning aesthetic pieces, and everything we needed was thoughtfully provided. Sara's hospitality and attention to detail made our stay truly special. Highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our short stay. It was quiet and relaxing, the pool was great for cooling off, the trulli was charming and the grounds with herbs, flowers and trees smelt and looked lovely. We would happily return.

If there were 10 stars, I would have given them all. We organized a bachelorette party at the Trullo Armonia and Maria Giulia helped make everything perfect. The romantic atmosphere of the trullo was certainly the star of the show, but without Maria Giulia's organization and care, it wouldn't have been the same. Many activities can be organized in the structure, we participated in a ceramics course and then we prepared orecchiette with Giovanna, who transmits all the love for Puglia. All above expectations. Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

Charming trullo lost in the countryside. You can access it by entering the GPS position in Waze because the road is winding, in the countryside with roads lined with olive trees. Yvette is adorable and immediately puts you at ease. The trullo is very small, typical, ideal for 2 people. No problem parking the car on the large lot when you arrive. In short, we had a very good stay. Thank you Yvette ☺️

Even more beautiful than the photos, our stay at the trullo was exceptional. Sara responded quickly to questions, and communicated all details clearly, including providing groceries for our arrival and coordinating Chef Roberto to prepare dinner in honor of our father's 80th birthday. The trullo is well-appointed, bedrooms comfortable, bathrooms clean, and property absolutely serene and gorgeous. We will return soon!

Great host, lovely stay close to main square

Anna and Alessandro’s beautiful villa was the perfect stay, The villa itself was exactly as pictured and absolutely stunning! Anna was extremely welcoming and very responsive to any and all questions, she gave us amazing recommendations for local restaurants and beaches to visit which we loved, The villa is perfectly located if you are travelling through puglia by car, central to Monopoli, Alberobello and Polignano a mare, and even great to day trip to Matera or Ostuni as we did during our stay Overall an excellent stay we would love to visit again :)

The house is just like the one you see in the photo, lovely and clean. We wished to stay here longer and will definitely come back next time. Elvira is very nice and always replied to our messages quickly. After checking out, she found something we forgot in the room. She contacted us and sent it to us. We really appreciate it.

This place is beautiful!

We had the most wonderful time staying in Monopoli. The photos really do not do the view from the rooftop justice, we could not believe that was where we were going to be staying when we went up there for the first time!!! It is stunning. The apartment was spotlessly clean, great location and Guiseppe was incredible friendly and super responsive. We would absolutely stay again!!
