Holiday rentals with a pool in Massanutten

Place was beautiful and clean. The hosts responded right away when we had a question. If you’re thinking about staying here, this is your sign to book it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nutten But Time! The house was super clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and logically organized. My favorite space was the screened in porch & patio next to the rushing mountain stream, especially in the morning with the sun peeping through the lush canopy of trees. I was relieved that this house has a nice level driveway that is easily accessible. (As we drove in through the resort we noticed many super steep driveways that looked quite challenging!) We explored the arboretum and one of the mountain trails with stunning views from the trailhead parking area. I wish we’d had time for more, but we were in the area for JMU graduation, and that kept us busy! Wendy is a great host & responded quickly whenever I had questions.

Well appointed home in a great location. The house had lots of little amenities that were great for a family. The living room was cozy and well suited for everything we needed. Kristin was responsive and helpful when we needed anything

The house was beautiful, with lots of space, tons of extras & amenities provided, very clean, etc. Lauren is great! She gives so much info before you even arrive, making your stay very easy and feeling right at home. She is great at communicating. We had one small issue during our stay and she sent a professional to deal with it asap. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful getaway at Seths place in Rockingham. Perfect location for a group of 12 girlfriends that wanted to relax. Loved the pool and the porch/patio! Felt like Tuscany. Seth and Carla were extremely responsive to the couple of small issues we had. Definitely recommend.

Spacious home in a great location close to resort amenities (though driving is necessary due to steep hills and lack of walkable paths). Perfect for our group of 11—plenty of room to spread out, and the kids especially loved the game room and basement activities. The property manager was excellent—very responsive and proactive, quickly addressing anything we needed. The home shows some signs of wear, but everything was clean and functional. Loved the sauna and hot tub and outdoor space on the deck. Only minor issue was a basement TV remote that didn’t work, which we reported for future guests. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

This place was perfect ! Everything you could possibly need was available to us . The hot tub and the fire pits were amazing. The view was incredible. There was so much to do very close to the house! Potato chip tasting , wineries , cave tour, and a really cool parade float museum! We also truly enjoyed the space , lots of room to relax and read a book, play ball outside , fish in the river… great place , highly recommend!

Chris and the team were always responsive and available. The place is awesome, we had a great time and wish to come back. Extremely comfortable for a lot of people and pets.

We wanted a quiet place away to enjoy nature. This was perfect. A few miles from great waterfall hiking…white Oak Canyon in SNP. We enjoy birding and found there was a great variety of birds to be heard. The leaves were pretty full on the trees, so viewing them was the challenge. We enjoyed the deck for birding right at the rental! We had three couples, a fourth invited but unable to come, so every couple had their own space. We prepared all our food, and the kitchen had a lot of space, and modestly stocked with utensils, etc. Being older our caloric needs were not much, so we did not feel we could eat our moneys worth at the restaurant. We really enjoyed the live music in the serene setting on Fri eve. We enjoyed watching the storm pass through Sat eve and the rainbow that formed.

Very clean, nicely furnished b&b. Beds were comfortable too. The views out the window were lovely in fall with the changing leaves. We found the stay peaceful and quiet. The apartment had everything we needed. It was a little light on supplies (e.g. detergent pods, shampoo and conditioner) but we had brought our own supplies so it wasn’t an issue.

We had a great time at Ann’s place! She was very communicative and easy/quick to reach whenever we had a question. The place was was so comfortable and we really enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi after our long days on the slopes. Would definitely recommend!

This place is fantastic. It's comfortable in every way, charming, beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean. It's even nicer than the photos suggest. The location right at the base of the slopes at Bryce is perfect. I'll definitely stay here again someday!

We were here for a brief weekend getaway to go snowboarding with the family. It was exactly what we were looking for. It was ski in/out with only a 5-6 minute walk to the bunny slope and lifts. The bed was very comfortable.

The place was dated (as noted) but also roomy and cozy. You certainly can’t beat the price and location for skiing. Solid value I’d say.

The rental and grounds met our expectations and needs very well. Lots to do in the surrounding area. The pool and hot tub were just right. Comfy beds and cozy common area.

There was a small issue with the check in process but it was not the fault of the host. He was very responsive and helpful. We had a fantastic time!!
