Spent a weekend here with friends and had an awesome time. Yevgeniy was extremely accommodating, and responded to any questions very quickly. I would 100% come back.

This A-frame escape was exactly what I needed — the perfect break from the city. The place is beautifully designed, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches. The jacuzzi was absolutely incredible, especially under the stars at night, and the A-frame structure made the whole stay feel like a peaceful retreat.

Hidden gem. Really appreciated the countryside accommodation. The hot tub was nice and hot and we enjoyed a fire right after. The stores were in a close enough proximity if needed. My fiancé was skeptical as it’s right next to another property but we had are own space and we were not disturbed. Also we enjoyed the fresh eggs and being able to bring our fur babies.

The house and property is perfect! The house was spacious, clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The lakefront view was absolutely beautiful. The host, Eugene, was amazing—super responsive and so accommodating, which made everything really easy. He answered all of our questions quickly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend this spot for families looking for a peaceful and fun getaway!

Great few days out of the city. It feels like the middle of nowhere but it’s 5 minutes away from center of Jeffersonvile’s main streets. Clean, spacious cabin was way larger than expected. Hot tub was private and great to unwind. Stephen was a great host who couldn’t have been more accommodating. Will book again!

We enjoyed our stay at Caitlin’s cabin! Communication was great. The place was spotless. I loved the many plants inside and the peaceful surrounding area filled with many deers visiting the yard. Soaking in the hot tub was so relaxing at night. And the fire pit outside was a really nice touch to our stay. I recommend this cabin and host! We didn’t get to enjoy the kayaks because of the weather, but it’s really nice that it was an option! Thank you!!

We had the most wonderful stay at Larry’s cabin in Smallwood! From the moment we booked, Larry was incredibly kind, helpful, and communicative. His advice on local activities and attractions was spot on and truly made our trip memorable. The cabin itself was cozy, warm, and inviting—exactly what we were hoping for. The fireplace was such a fantastic feature, adding so much charm to the space. It was incredibly easy to use, and Larry thoughtfully supplied plenty of firewood, kindling, and paper, making it hassle-free to enjoy cozy evenings by the fire. We also loved watching the local wildlife around the property! The deer often came up to the cabin, and it was such a treat to see them up close—it added to the peaceful, natural atmosphere of the area. Our dog, Lily, had the time of her life exploring the yard, which was perfect for her! On Larry’s recommendation, we visited the Smallwood dog park, and it was a highlight for Lily. This was our second time staying at Julius’ beautiful home on the Delaware River. We absolutely love the location, the river access, and waking up to the view from the back deck every morning. The house is spacious and fit our family of five plus another relative with room to spare. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our gracious host!

Great location with a great host, Bridie’s home is a wonderful place to experience NY state. From the privacy and comfort, to the peacefulness of the area, this was a much needed relief from the city life. Bridie as a host was very accommodating, had great recommendations and info about the local area, and made our stay welcome to where I’d recommend to anyone considering!

Great house! Arek was responsive and helped us with whatever we needed. Kids had a blast with the ping pong and the arcade. Well stocked kitchen and great living space. We loved the table and chairs on the deck overlooking the lake.

Magda’s cabin was the perfect winter getaway! It was cozy and warm, with a functional kitchen and dining space that made meals easy and enjoyable. The family room was spacious, offering a beautiful view—especially when it snowed during our trip. The three bedrooms were well-maintained, each with a comfortable queen bed that made for a great night’s sleep. Magda was incredibly responsive and flexible, making our stay even smoother. We would absolutely book here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was clean, spacious, very warm despite the cold, and had a terrific pool table and air hockey table. Our family relaxed and spent good time together.

This is a beautiful, secluded house that makes you feel that you're deep in the Poconos. Convenient drive to the local grocery store and other local restaurants. The communications with our hosts were clear and concise and they gave easy to follow instructions on where to go once you check in at the gatehouse. 5 stars, would stay again!

Brian was an excellent host! He has a lovely home and it was perfect for our long weekend with our family. Absolutely beautiful outdoor surroundings with two fire pits. Lovely decor throughout his home and even a little coffee closet (so cute!). Brian was so accommodating and responsive to our many requests and always very helpful.

We had the best family vacation at beautiful lake house. The place is very spacious and neat, and the best part is that they let us use the canoe and bikes. Julia, the property manager was very friendly and respond fast. I recommend this place!

Maggie was the best host! She was super responsive and accommodating. She made sure we made it to the property safely and without any problems. Any time I had a question she was very quick to respond. We loved this house and it was perfect for our bigger group for a weekend trip!

We had such an amazing weekend here for my husband’s birthday weekend. The weather was not ideal but we got to enjoy every bit of this place. Enjoyed the lake views and boats available. Spent some time playing ping pong and fusbol and gathering around all the tables to play games and board games. We were right at home immediately and it was awesome sleeping our large group. The variety of places to sit and enjoy each other’s company was well worth it. We got to enjoy a few fires and some s’mores. It was a lot of fun and would definitely recommend this place for anyone with a big group and a furry friend!

Trish was an amazing host. Her home is beautiful and was such a wonderful experience. I can’t thank her enough for her help with a last minute booking and helping us out. I hope to come back sometime soon! It’s a dream house and property!

The cottage is charming and cozy, beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that reflect the local area. The outside is simply enchanting, especially during the fall, with colorful foliage.
