The house has its own parking with a large garden. It consists of a ground floor and two upper floors. In the backyard there is barbecue with all the equipment. On each floor there is an apartment type 3 +2 and 2 +2 type one. The apartments have one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room with a terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils and tableware. All apartments are equipped with satellite TV and wireless Internet. In June 2017. was finished the complete reconstruction of the interior and exterior. There's a sofa in the living room which can become very comfortable place to sleep for two persons ( 200x160 cm ). There's one couple-bedroom ( 200x180 cm ). Each of other two bedroomshave two beds which can be separated as needed. The area of the villa and the enviroment is 600 m2.
