This is a perfect, new, modern, luxury furnished 4 star villa with a private swimming pool, for those who want to have privacy, enjoy the peace & quiet but are at the same time only a 10 minute walk away from the historic town center. The villa has an amazing view of the Adriatic sea and of the world famous old historic center of Trogir. The whole villa and property are secluded. Villa Marin is situated in the first row by the sea. Pool is 8x4x1,4 meters. You can enjoy beautiful blue sea from all rooms. In June 2017. was finished the complete reconstruction of the interior and exterior. There's a sofa in the living room which can become very comfortable place to sleep for two persons ( 200x160 cm ). There's one couple-bedroom ( 200x180 cm ). Each of other two bedroomshave two beds which can be separated as needed. The area of the villa and the enviroment is 600 m2.
