The house has its own parking with a large garden. It consists of a ground floor and two upper floors. In the backyard there is barbecue with all the equipment. On each floor there is an apartment type 3 +2 and 2 +2 type one. The apartments have one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room with a terrace. Just 100 m from apartment is the sea and beaches and 10 min by walk trough promenade by the sea and ACI marina you are in center of Split (old town). Apartment is newly renovated with everything what you need. It has 58m2 with small balcony and big one which is amazing and has 30m2 and the sea view is something what you have to see.
