The days we spent at Patricia's apartment were wonderful. Despite being a condominium, the place is quiet, quiet, pleasant, close to nature. The apartment is well equipped, organized, clean, had everything we needed. In addition, Patrícia was super attentive, from the beginning, being always available. We want to go back already. 🌷

The apartment is beautiful, nice and comfortable. The whole decor has a nautical-praian theme that made the stay experience a delight. There is air conditioning in the two bedrooms, but not in the living room, which has only one floor fan. Because of this, in the summer, staying in the living room throughout the day may not be very comfortable because of the heat. It is not a problem if your idea is to spend the day outside on the beach or in the shared spaces of the condominium, which are ventilated. The kitchen is well equipped, we find many utensils and appliances. Like every waterfront building, the saltpeter caused some deteriorations in the apartment, but Wilton gave all the support we need. Wilton was very requested, and he answered us whenever it was necessary to call him. He was a very courteous and kind host, giving tips for nearby tours and answering all our questions about the reservation and stay, which certainly contributed to our experience being wonderful. Thank you, Wilton!

We had a very pleasant experience during the days we stayed in the apartment. Extremely clean, organized and with everything necessary for our well-being during the stay. Whenever I had any questions, promptly the host responded to me and solved all the requests, as well as a lot of education and proactivity. It was an experience of the way it was in our expectations and I hope to return soon.

The apartment is very nice, corresponding with the photos. Everything is very well kept and clean. The hostess (Patrícia) was always available for questions and send information. The condominium has a good structure and is ideal for families with children. As for Itacimirim, excellent place to rest, having a range of services and attractions nearby. Most of the condominiums are located in a beach area not suitable for bathing (very agitated sea). But a 15-minute walk or 5 minutes by car, already allows access to beaches with the calmer sea.

The condominium is perfect, very nice. The beach although it is far away, having a vehicle to mobilize no problem and it is beautiful, it is worth it. Very safe and very responsive Binha and the host throughout the stay. I had a problem with an appliance and I solved it very well with Mr. Kelsen. The apartment was clean, organized and exactly as described. The convenience of being a few steps from the sea makes it much easier for those with children. It comfortably accommodates 8 people, one detail - the extra mattress needs to be a little better, it was very thin. It met our expectations as a place to rest. The beach in front is beautiful, without much movement. Good, clean pool with a shallower part for young children. A tip, hire Cris to cook and organize the apartment, as we stayed 6 days, having her helping us made it a lot easier.

Roberto is an excellent host, he has given us support and service at all times, as well as being extremely polite and cordial. Vila da Costa is a grace, super wooded, beautiful, large and the houses are very well equipped in addition to cozy. For those looking for moments of leisure in family, friends or couple, Vila da Costa is the perfect place. As curiosity and culture, the Santo Antônio beach was the scene of the film's recording: the men are from Mars is for which I go.

We had a wonderful stay at the Casa da Tuca. The house was clean and spacious, with a fantastic pool area and a close walk to the beach. Our entire family (kids, parents, grandparents) all had a time to relax and fun nearby activities to join. Sil was an excellent cook!

Ana's house is extremely comfortable, clean and with everything we need for a perfect stay. Great quality and super fragrant linens and towels. The sea view and the sound of the waves are very relaxing. Very close to the village, we went on foot every day. Not to mention Ana's kindness, always helpful and friendly. It was an amazing time there!

Ivana's accommodation managed to be much better than on the photos. A pity was I spent little time there. Everything is organized, beautiful, clean and practical. Contact with Ivana is very quick and easy as well. He would spend an entire month there. It was one of the best accommodations I've ever been on Airbnb! The apartment is comfortable and modern. The pool of the complex is spectacular and the location, unbeatable: in the heart of Praia do Forte, 10 meters from the church and almost to the Tamar Project.

Paulo was extremely helpful and helped us with what we needed. The apartment is very well located, next to the project tamar and the village. We did everything by foot and with the stroller. The children took advantage of the pool and the beach. The apartment was clean and organized and the kitchen was very well equipped.
