Modern and sophisticated Imbassai Privilege bungalow!

Welcome to our modern duplex bungalow, P07 Imbassai Privilege! We offer a comfortable, cozy environment, perfect for enjoying with friends and family. The property has 2 air-conditioned suites upstairs, ground floor with air-conditioned living room with sofa bed and Smart TV, as well as a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, water filter, sandwich maker, air fryer, coffee maker and microwave. In the outdoor area is guaranteed an airy and comfortable environment with a sofa, table set and chairs for 6 people, hammock, brewery and barbecue to gather friends and family on their vacation rentals. There is, in addition, beach chairs and umbrellas, an internal patio, in addition to a service area equipped with a washing machine. We comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Our apartment is located in the Imbassai Privilege Condominium, a development overlooking the Imbassai River and with private access a few meters from the beach, in front of the area of natural pools of Costa dos Coconut trees. Exclusive route and bike path with connection to the center of Imbassai. The condominium offers 24-hour concierge, parking, club with adult and children's pool with support kiosk, gourmet space with barbecue and pizza oven, wet deck, children's playground, beach tennis court and access bridge to a delicious bath in the river Imbassai. Imbassai Cozy house in nature. Season

Loft-type houses, a single room, bright and airy with good finishes. Very harmonious and comfortable. Places of interest nearby: The almost virgin beach, the encounter of river and beach , the food cabins. The nature of the surroundings and the small town very familiar and lively. You'll love my place because of how integrated it is with nature , the peace and relaxation you breathe, in addition to the atmosphere of very cosmopolitan people. This stylish place to stay is perfect for family trips. It is an excellent and comfortable Village with access to the beach and with several leisure options, such as a tennis court, beach tennis, swimming pool, beach, playground for children, etc. Come and check it out! Paradise is here. There are two en-suites, each with a queen-size bed comfortably accommodating 4 people, plus a queen-size sofa bed that could accommodate 2 more people. All en-suites and the living room are air-conditioned.

Luxurious beachfront bungalow!!! Access a well-decorated apartment with amenities such as air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, Nespresso coffee maker, beer maker, minibar, barbecue and induction cooktop. Everything is very well equipped, with dishes, cutlery, glasses and cups, right on the beach! The condominium has two swimming pools, one with a whirlpool, a hammock area and a deck that gives direct access to the beach. We have 2 covered garages and an elevator.

Exclusive Bungalow A6 Imbassaí Privilege waterfront

Perfect! The home exceeded expectations. The house is very well-equipped, clean and comfortable. The location is great, close to an amazing beach, ideal for resting and enjoying nature. The condominium is safe, quiet and very well taken care of, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would also highlight Danilo's attention and availability. Without a doubt an experience I recommend is I intend to repeat.

Great accommodation, lush place, new condo, great structure. pros: spectacular view, sea rendezvous with river, nearby beach stalls. cons: mandatory use of a plastic bracelet; prohibit the renter from using the exit that leads to the beach, can only use the social concierge; late afternoon there are many mosquitoes, and the room does not have refrigeration, so either leave it open and withstands mosquitoes or if it locks and heat; Schedule to pay for water and light consumption of the period of the stay. The balance of the stay was positive, due to the condominium's infrastructure, and the beauty of the region.
