Very much enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing from every corner of the house. The kids really enjoyed the pool/trampoline. Great location for Golf enthusiasts or just down the road from a Mountain Bike trail/hike. Highly recommend for large groups. Tatiana is very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful home and location, admittedly our group did push the boundaries on the 2nd noise, but Jason was very understanding and accommodating. Thanks Jason for an amazing time. Definitely felt relaxed and well taken care of in a small home away from home.

Catherine's place exceeded all expectations. The space itself was incredibly roomy, making it perfect for relaxing, spending time with others, or just enjoying some quiet downtime. There were plenty of things to do, which kept everyone entertained throughout the stay—whether it was exploring the surroundings or enjoying the pool, reading books and playing the piano. What really stood out, though, was Catherine's hospitality. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, leaving a handwritten note and some thoughtful snacks for us to enjoy upon arrival. It's those personal touches that really make a difference and show how much she cares about her guests’ experience. Everything about the stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. I honestly can’t think of a single downside. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Catherine’s place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-hosted getaway.

Danielle’s home was immaculate, peaceful and way bigger than the photos make the house look! There was plenty of space to lounge around and the swimming pool and well kept grounds were an added bonus.

We were a group of 9 adults and stayed for 2 nights. The place has excellent living areas for a big group. The location is amazing being a very short walk to the beach and about 10mins walk to shops and cafes. I would highly recommend this place.

Handy for us to our family and to the main roads. Kitchen well kitted out with any basic you might need. I really appreciated the washing machine which was quiet and easy to use.

Beautiful location with a fantastic view. House is close to the supermarket, cafes etc. as well as walkways/cycle path to explore the coast line. Noelene was great a great host.

Loved my stay at Tracey's house. It was perfect for a quick work trip and had everything I needed. I would highly recommend and I would love to come back for a holiday with family and golf clubs.

Fantastic place really beautifull loved our stay wished we could have stayed longer. Really handy for Tauranga Mount Maunganui and Kaimai's. Absolutely recommend if you in the area and looking for a comfortable home from home experience in a lovely peacefull setting

So loved staying here it is so peaceful yet so close to the Mall with everything you need. The house has everything you need for a great stay. Caroline is amazing and takes great care of you, so quick to respond. Even though this place is on the same property as the owner it is private and quiet. We had a wonderful experience here at Jayde’s place! It was amazing and even more than we expected. The view alone was worth it, and the place itself was very clean and modern. Check in was super easy and Jayde was very responsive. We enjoyed just being a few metres away from the beach and everything else such as the supermarket and local dairy. It was great for our family of five. We absolutely loved it. We would definitely recommend staying at Jayde’s place. We found it to be more than value for money!

Great place, great location (easy walking to beach, shops etc), great facilities and everything you need to enjoy your holidays. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend this place as a holiday accommodation.

We had an absolutely amazing stay for our wedding anniversary! The property exceeded all our expectations — even better than the photos. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The view was simply perfect and we would love to return. Highly recommend!

A lovely home with lots of space for 2 couples. Great to have 2 bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen and nice to have shower gel in the showers. Easy walk to the beach and Tay St Cafe for coffee. Quick drive to a big New World.

Wow what a place to relax for our ladies weekend. Awesome views, plenty of space inside and out and the bonus of a hot tub with a view. Perfect place to get away from the city and unwind. Sue was so helpful and responded immediately to any questions. We loved our stay and would love to come back again!

Spectacular home with views of water and mountains. Convenient to lovely beaches and shops and restaurants. Seamless check in, crib and chair provided for the baby, peaceful and comfortable stay. Truly a stand-out accommodation. Would definitely return, if we have the privilege to return to NZ.

Beautiful home, nice and cozy! Great location and so close to the Mount and Tauranga. Felt relaxed there and the two lazy boy chairs was so comfortable, makes you not want to get out! The house is spacious, clean and tidy and the beds are so comfortable. We loved our stay 😊

Loved this little spot. The home was a well maintained Bach with thoughtful design of furnishings and accessories. Very clean and tidy. Great linen, comfy beds. Stephanie was quick to answer any communications prior. Despite disappointing weather, meaning we couldn’t be out on the water or taking walks nearby, it was a cozy cottage to be settled in for the weekend for relaxation.
