It is very close to the historic center and La Caleta beach. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy and hospital. It is very safe and quiet. It has ample parking, free for a large car or four motorcycles. From 01-01-2026, only vehicles with at least a B card will be able to access the parking lot, and from 01-01-2027, only vehicles with a ZERO or ECO environmental card will be able to access the parking lot, or they will have to park in a nearby public parking lot.

Nice apartment on the second row of the beach. It is newly renovated, with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing and feeling the sea breeze every morning. It consists of a large bedroom with a 1.50m double bed, a living room with a 1.35m double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. It is a separate space, a loft, private with key, in a historic old building, completely renovated. Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.
