A safe and quiet place a few steps away from the American consulate. Don't spend more on transportation if you're going to the VISA appointment. On one side of the house you have one of the best restaurants in town and also a small store so you can buy everything you need.

Exceptional room; the guest house is a 4-minute drive from the US-Mexico international bridges 🇺🇸 🇲🇽, 2 minutes from the CAS, and 2 minutes from the U.S. Consulate in Matamoros. We have two rooms with a shared bathroom for both. It has large spaces that are ideal for resting and working. The guest house is a shared space with more guests; however, you have your own exclusive space in these two comfortable rooms.

The second floor of the house is rented. There are 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen. There is a separate entrance and an entrance on the first floor. The bedrooms are equipped with a Smart TV, a double bed, a desk and air conditioning. There is empty land around so there is no noise from neighbors. It is full of trees so the view is pleasant. We have a terrace where you can watch the sunset.
